This is not good for nontechnical…

This is not good for nontechnical people. You are one that’s tells them how and what to do. I have no tech background, yet they get very granular with everything. I just want my systems to work and if there is an issue, have someone to call and fix it. I don’t want to think about my servers. This is only good for developers who can connect these dots.

The support from Diane Reacher was…

The support from Diane Reacher was awful, didn't solve my issue, and I tried to refresh the support chat and she was the only one who attended my queries. Lately, I'm very disappointed with the support and their lack of support

Great support and hosting

I've been with LiquidWeb for years. Their support is amazing - they are very thorough and knowledgeable, and response times are always good. Their hosting is fast and reliable.

Support at Liquid Web is amazing

Support at Liquid Web is amazing! I received an email letting me know that an update had failed due to something I did not understand....opened a ticket, got a response within 2 minutes, and fixed within 10.
They just make you feel comfortable, knowing they can get things done quickly.

Dylan Kramer was my Liquid Web support…

Dylan Kramer was my Liquid Web support person. Dylan was courteous and took the time to listen and understand the nature of my problem. The problem was not typical or simple to deduce and repair but Dylan both understood and got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it. This was a problem that was going on for a long time, over a year and previous attempts to resolve it failed. Dylan is a superior trouble shooter and Liquid Web technical support specialist. I couldn't be more pleased.

Supported as advertised

Had two chats today that I'm really satisfied with. It really shows that LiquidWeb support is as good as advertised.

First one was with sales team representative Maya and I have to say that was one of the best ones I had in regards to both answering speed and giving concise information. Just done and done. Wish more chats went like that one if I'm honest. Props to Maya.

Second one was with support technician Yago and just as with the first one, really good job. They quickly recognized the problem and fixed it in no time. I was given all requested information and was able to continue with my work.

Really good job, both teams.

Excellent service and support

I came from Bluehost with quite negative experiences.
And without a doubt LiquidWeb has been our best decision since the response times and the quality of support are 100% worth it. Now everything runs great with the added bonus of excellent customer service.

I had a low memory problem in my VPS…

I had a low memory problem in my VPS that created a subsequent problem. Support suggested a (to me) pricey and inexplicable upgrade. I I queried it. Another support explained why the recommendation was valid, but also suggested an alternative solution that might work - while not disregarding the upgrade in the event that the less expensive "fix" didn't work. I asked more questions; received an answer that made sense, and committed to an inexpensive fix that incidentally increased my Server's security. All good.

v poor webmail and they even…

third class webmail and they even charge for it.
I have to speak out about it.
for years, we have been paying the liquid web fee for a mail service which is so poor, it's unbelievable.
The search does not work.
UI is ancient.
There is no app or calendar sync

they do offer hosted exchange mailboxes, which are pricier.

and on top, their email server IP addresses get black listed and then our emails won't reach the destination.
when we asked by opening a ticket, they had no resolution time frame.

Worry Free Service - Great Technical Experts

I have been LW for 8 years about. I must say that I have had absolute pleasure hosting my websites on their dedicated servers with no downtime issues whatsoever. Their support team is so helpful and very capable. I get 24/7 service whenever help is required. LW has never failed me and many a times, i am so impressed at their service, going out of the way to help and set things right after the mess got created by me. I do not rely on any web developer and hence I get issues from time to time when I mess up my wordpress. They have been really helpful at all levels and I must say, I am so thankful I was recommended to LW by a friend of mine in Lithuania.

Stellar support received on all my…

Stellar support received on all my numerous calls.. of the dozen calls, maybe one was less than optimal but still ok.. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable… heads and shoulders above my prior server host provider … Confidence is very high with y’all and I look forward to a long run with Liquid Web.

What a great company

What a great company! From sales to tech support they have been 110% supportive and helpful. Nolan in particular on the support staff went above and beyond in the onboarding and support phases. Communicative, patient, and knowledgeable, he is a tremendous asset. His help was GREATLY appreciated.

Need more like him. He's on it.

My guy, Freddy from Croatia I think, was such a rock star. I had two things I needed to sort out and one of them was a bit stalled due to just the regular back and forth with tickets. He helped me figure it out on the spot.

The second issue we noodled on together and wound up getting that done pretty quickly.

Personally, he was very cool and professional. Interesting guy. Easily the best part of my day!

Like always an amazing service.

Like always, it was a fast respond from the team. I got the information that I was looking for and we proceed to the modification right away.

I try other hosting company before jumping with you and sincerly, I never had that kind of services elsewhere.

Personaly the price is important but the service its even more important for me because having a bad or slow service cost time and money.

I'm strongly recommendig Liquidweb.

On this issue the first tech gave up…

On this issue the first tech gave up and said there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing. After calling and getting another tech on the phone he solved it with in a few minutes while on the phone.

Since Covid the tech support has been hit and miss so I can't give a 5 star rating at this time. Prior to Covid the support was top notch. Hopefully it will someday get back to that level.

Extraordinary support

My site was hacked and was disabled. This is a time when you might think you would see a bad review, as this was a major problem, and you you host my site. But your team, particularly Dutch, made recommendations, followed-up, took the time to help me get everything working again. Every comment or question I had was responded to very quickly, thoroughly and even with personality and humor. I cannot express how grateful I was to have everything sorted out and fixed within a day or so. Amazing!

Eugene quickly captured the crux of the…

Eugene quickly captured the crux of the issue and worked speedily to resolve our fatal error to get our website back up and running. They demonstrated critical thinking skills prioritizing website needs effectively while responding to my particular service needs.
