Outstanding support

Every experience I have had in dealing with Liquid Web's support has been outstanding. I have a very limited understanding of the technical aspects involved in website maintenance and the support staff have nonetheless treated my (probably) inane questions and requests with speed and professionalism.

This used to be my favorite company…

This used to be my favorite company because their support team was truly heroic. After covid support became bogged down. Every single time I call them nowadays I get somebody who is lazy and unmotivated and fails to solve my problem and I often find the solution myself.


I'm just so tired of the situation and I thought I would come on here and warn other business owners.


Most people don't have the time to come on here and complain because they have busy schedules and better things to do.

Alex Silkin | Linux Support Technician is a Great Employee!

Alex Silkin at Liquid Web provided 5 Star Linux Support to us today on a troublesome WordPress Migration from another Web Hosting Provider to our Liquid Web Dedicated Server. Thank you Alex for all of the patience, time and attention you gave to us to work through the issues we were having. The migration was finally successful due to Alex's assistance and expertise. Great employee, hold on to him!!!

Very grateful - no waiting and real people helping!

Took 2 calls, but the first person was actually having technical problems of his own, so apologized (I understood - that does happen) and asked if I'd mind calling back. When I did call back I spoke to Stan Conway, and he walked me through checking the settings on Outlook to make sure they were okay, and within a few minutes, everything was working again. I'm very grateful.

Be careful with these guys…

Be careful when you choose a hosting provider for your business. Apparently these indians people likes to apologize a lot and to sell bs to it's customers and when you request explanation from their sales features vs what you get they simply start to avoid you .. Thank you LiquidWeb for ruining my business and having WHM servers with "so-called-security" that has no security at all ..

My Migrations experiences continue to…

My Migrations experiences continue to be wonderful. Usually it's just a site or two at a time, but this time we moved 119 sites from two separate sources and the process was essentially flawless.

Linux Server Support Experience Review

The Linux Technician that I spoke with, Alex Silkin, was a great help in resolving my issue. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way that he could. He was also very patient with me when I asked him a lot of questions on the issue, and I appreciated that very much. Whenever we were stuck on a specific part, he was willing to research into the topic and give me feedback. Liquid Web Linux Support is very lucky to have him on the team.

10 Years a Customer. Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of interacting with your service team and it has ALWAYS been a professional and supportive experience. Today's interaction was no exception. The tech support rep was patient, explained in plain language the situation and provided actual support. Hosting and technicians are great but…

Hosting and technicians are great but sometimes I receive no response from sales staff for days or weeks. They become impossible to get any response from, miss meeting, and ignore you. It is disrespectful.

Other than that issue, their service is fantastic. I have used LW for many years and I recommend you do to.

Joshua S. Hero at Liquid Web

Joshua S. at Liquid Web helped me solve a real headache -- getting into my server domains through my long-time SFTP-provider, after changing servers on Liquid Web (my long-time Server provider). He noticed the protocol handshake of my normal SFTP software did not match up with the successful handshake of an alternative software. Joshua's extreme patience and cool kept me calm and, most importantly, provided a resolution to my dilemma. Thank you Joshua S. and Liquid Web.

The customer service from LiquidWeb is world class. I have been a customer for many years and have always received the best service imaginable. The migration team makes what is for me a very stressful task completely manageable. They are so capable and responsive. I am very grateful to work with the team at LiquidWeb.
