I did not receive what I ordered and am still in the process of trying to figure out how to return this thing and get my original order. If all goes well that will happen and I will give 5 stars instead of one.
One of the worst customer service ever. Goods ordered via bol.com were lost by PostNL. According to the PostNL regulations, only sender can start investigation, but for that LitaLente customer service asks me to send them signed paper (in 21st century!)! When I asked to do it different way they sent me to Youtube to learn how to sign paper via mobile phone. Seriously? It’s just a shame.
