My account rep just bs'd me through the process, then didn't call me back for over a week after I emailed and left her voicemails. Then she bs'd me some more and didn't care about anything but getting the deal done on her schedule - not impressed. I've worked with many lenders and this has been one of the worst.

Loan builder was fast and easy. One improvement I would suggest is to have additional documents secure upload on the portal so additional bank statements or other douments that may be required for review don’t have to be sent via email.
