The quality of the product meets my expectation which is great. I would like to give compliment to the client services representative who is very thoughtful and detail to care about if the size of the product is fit for me. After my further illustration, he confirmed to me the size fit for me. All the response is prompt, just like we are chatting. It's really a good shopping experience.

I bought 3 watch bands and my only problem is which one to wear.

I have been waiting excitedly to receive my first Longvadon watch band. It is more expensive than I can usually afford, but definitely worth it! I have not seen anything even similar! The instructions were very easy and using the clasp was simple. What an ingenious clasp! Makes all the difference in the band. I ordered the Navy blue and it is a bit darker than the pictures show. When I commented on this, I actually received a reply! They have changed to a slightly darker blue. Who ever replies to a review? I am impressed all the way around. Now I just need to save my money for another color!

I just purchased my second band and couldn’t be more pleased with both the service and the product. Well worth the money!

I now have five of these bands and absolutely love them! Started with two and never looked back. I have five different colors to co-ordinate with my outfits! Longvadon are fabulous to deal with and certainly supply a quality product. Thanks guys!

I like the product. From beginning I was a bit skeptical as there are some straps that look quite similar to what Longvadon have on AliExpress. I actually ordered them to see the difference. Even though the appearance look the almost the same, the leather quality and especially the lock is totally different. Highly recommend this. Also the discount on airpod case is sweet deal. I just wish that Longvadon offer iphone case with similar leather. It would be cool to have a full set wouldn’t it?

I ordered 3 straps for my Apple Watch on their Buy 2 get 1 free deal @ a cost of £163.

7 days later and I hadn’t received any notification of tracking or shipment, even though delivery was supposedly 10days. So I reached out to their customer service team, only to be told that they didn’t have the straps in stock and the earliest delivery date would be ‘early June’.

Why do they have stock showing on their site for sale, which is not readily available? Why are customers having to chase them for the stock? You’ve wasted my time and even though I received a refund, due to the exchange rates i’m still down £10.

AVOID. Very disappointed.

Three bands were ordered late summer 2020. After a LONG delay only two were delivered and I had to press them to ship those. Tomorrow is May 1st, 2021. Still no band. Every month I have to check with them as they send no updates. I’m told again today the delivery date is pushed out another month. Ridiculous.

Great looking watch band. My iWatch looks so much better with it! Also, great after sales customer service...thought I didn’t receive instructions to install the band, but Bernardo set me straight less than 24 hours after I asked the question. The phone covers look great too...maybe next? 👍

It makes my Apple Watch look much less like a tech toy and more like a fine watch. The leather is high quality and I look forward to the way it will age and conform to my wrist.

I paid in 2 March for a band , which I checked, it was in stock. They promised that I will get in 3-9 day.
But nothing.
I asked them what is happening with my order, and they answer, that I will probably get it on May!!!

I’m in love with all my Longvadon bands (I have navy, white and grey).Beautifully crafted with quality and care. Love the convenience of the clasp, and love the leather texture. Can’t wait to receive my red one soon.
And not to mention an amazing customer support. Highly recommend this brand , you won’t get disappointed.

This is a well-made and stylish piece of jewelry, that classes up what is basically a mini computer on your wrist. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery, and presentation of the product. I am very pleased, and will be purchasing more items from Longvadon.
