Irresponsible company

Last Christmas, I ordered some products from this company for my daughter. However, this year, I realized that the items were never delivered. When I contacted the company to report the issue, they claimed that customers must report undelivered items within 40 days. Now, when I request a reshipment or a refund, they are saying there's no record of the transaction in their system and are completely ignoring my concerns.

missed 6 items out of my order and refused refund or replacement

Look Fantastic missed 6 items out of my order and then said they have cctv in the warehouse and can see the items have been packed…..absolute nonsense . They have now closed my account and I cannot speak to any customer services .I am owed money or a replacement which they originally agreed and then “The Investigations Team” said as there was no damage to the parcel when it arrived I am not entitled to a refund or a replacement? I have given them business for over 5 years . I am disgusted with the level of their customer service. Unbelievable

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Over €300 of an order not received after admitting the order went missing lookfantastic are quite deliberately holding back processing my refund. 6 days to Christmas!! Having to beg for MY own money. No customer care number for me to talk to someone. Please save yourself time and money and stay clear.

WASTE OF TIME.

Been trying for nearly a month to get somewhere with these stupid people in relation to a faulty product.
It’s not rocket science the item is faulty.
I have used them quite a lot before but not ever again. Just keep getting fobbed off. Been expecting quality department to contact me. Been told this 3 times. Nothing. This is how the world is glkng it seems. Avoid this company.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Having ordered numerous times before without any issues I recently ordered £120 worth of goods for Christmas presents early December. They didn't arrive. Have jumped through various hoops trying to get a refund through the message system (Chat is never live) and each time I send them what they asked for they change the goal posts saying I have sent the information or filled in the form incorrectly which is rubbish. I have sent 11 replies! Even got to the point of them accepting the refund and then changed their minds. Absolute P*** take - will never use again.

Please please avoid

Please please avoid. Ordered £68 worth of products. Didnt receive any. The package got sent back to them due to a shipment error. However 2 weeks on i al still waiting for my refund. Constantly been messaging them however replies take 24 hours and are pre filled out automated replied. Please avoid!!!

Stolen my money

I have ordered from them for years and always been really happy with the products and service. So when I left my previous employer's, I asked for a voucher. I have been trying to use my voucher for 2 months and in that time I contacted customer services and received a reply countless times. They always apologise and say they are working on adding the credit but two months on, nothing. Basically they have £200 of my money. Sick to death of being told, it's being dealt with and I'll get an email in a next coming days.

Awful customer service and returned…

Awful customer service and returned products are sold back to the new customers.
Dont waste your money, order from Amazon is always cheaper and quicker.
Customers service is a nightmare.
More than 1 month my problem with refund is not resolved.

Avoid Avoid!!

Shocking misrepresentation of advertising! Sold as over £200 worth of products and arrived loose in a bag and all sample sizes (miniature) some of which had hardly and products in at all! Trading standards should investigate this company. Returned without hesitation. Live chat were awful and wouldn’t answer the questions regarding the peoducts!

Faulty product and the worst customer service ever!!!

I received a faulty product that is not the same as the product disruption when I bought it. The serum colour is supposed to be transparent, but the one that I received has already turned orange. The product has also been relabeled. When I contacted their customer service twice, I was told that someone would contact me through email soon, but that was just a way for them to send me away. I haven't heard from them for two weeks. They even tried to argue with me about why I gave one star to their customer service. It was an awful experience shopping with them, I wouldn't recommend them, they only offer student discounts to try to scam students like me!

Missing items and doing nothing about it

My order I placed arrived on the 24th August and was incomplete. £179 worth of the order was missing. I sent them photos of the items received, the shipping label, the state the box was in immediately. I am still being told that no replacements or refunds have been processed and it is now over a week now. This is a lot of money that I chose to spend on items which I am still yet to receive. They say there is an investigation underway, but it's over a week and what more evidence do you need if the parcel arrived in tact with not everything in it? Awful customer service. All I want now is a refund of the missing items.

Received an email apologising for delay…

Received an email apologising for delay in receiving order. Have now received email stating that I had returned order and refund would be sent. I have neither received or returned product. Unfortunately there seems no way you can contact them direct. They have advised I will be receiving a refund, I wonder how long this will take

Bad experience

I used them over years. However is not the most replicable company and the communication is terrible. Months ago I was charged twice for the same order, nobody ever contacted me to apologise, trying to get my money back was like pooling my teeth out. Finally I managed to get my money back but only because I made a cash back claim on my credit card. That’s terrible , that was not your money and if my customer contacted me to say I charged them twice I would be embarrassed and resolve it straight away. I used you again couple of weeks ago with a discount code that show different price to what I was charged. The basket showed price with discount and you charged a full price. What kind of scam is this. Once again , no contact, when I message you I get the same reply back - someone will get back to you within 48 hours , weeks later no reply. Terrible company, I don’t know what happened ! You lost a regular customer, as I will not be using you again. Advise- pull it together.

No delivery and no customer support

Have ordered from LF in the past and had no problem, but sadly not the case now. Products ordered have not arrived and the return of money paid is now being delayed by an 'investigation' despite no proof whatsoever of a delivery which didn't happen (so no surprise there!) which seems to be a time-wasting exercise where the same questions are asked and requires constant chasing. Awful customer service and really disappointing considering previous experiences.

Ordered a beauty box gift subscription…

Ordered a beauty box gift subscription for my daughters birthday from Look Fantastic. Link didnt work. On livechat they refused to speak to her. I tried livechat, email and messenger and just keep getting auto responses saying they are looking into it. Its been a week now and I think they must work on the basis that people will give up in the end. Very fed up that my daughter has not got the present I paid for. My advice is not to buy anything from Look Fantastic.

Scam

Hi there,

I just was charged for something I didn’t order! I bought one month subscription last month and didn’t want to continue as the beauty box is very poor quality! 
But for some reason I was charged again without me being aware and without my consent!
Cancel this order please asap and I would like to get a refund!

I hate you Look Fantastic

I so agree with the other customers. Dire service. I ordered a present for my sister and payed for next day delivery. It didn’t appear. Tried to reach out to customer services and have been told that I have to wait until the 22nd to see if it turns up before they will look into it for me. Dire attitude. Ordered from elsewhere and will now have to try and get my money back somehow. Not using anymore. Just discovered a lovely company called Naturismo and they have great products and excellent service. Do one Look Fantastic - you suck.
