Great product selection and pricing. It is one of my go-to websites for haircare and skincare. I appreciate the continuous diverse promotions and the vast discount codes. Its a great money saver for quality products. Been using this website for years and have never been disappointed.

Be careful. This company is a SCAM!
They show online that the product you want to order is “ in stock” and delivery immediate. This is not true. I have been waiting for over a week for my order.....Deliveries from Sweden, UK and Germany arrive within 2 days even in these difficult times. It’s impossible to contact this company to ask where the delivery might be: phones and live chat disabled and emails not answered.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and DON’T order here.

Invalid Tracking Nº and NO FOLLOW UP!

**UPDATE: I have received my products. The individual packaging of a few of the products came damaged and ripped. Really frustrating experience overall.

I am very unhappy with how things are going with my order. I ordered 5 products from Look Fantastic and on the day after placing my order I asked if I should expect any logistics/shipping issues due to COVID-19. They assured me that things were working normally and that I would receive an email when dispatched.

3 days later I received an email saying my order was late.

A few days after I received an email saying my order had been dispatched with a tracking link. The tracking link they sent me was broken so I reached out to their customer support team. The agent basically told me there wasn't much he could do so and that he would follow up with me via email within 48hrs. That didn't happen.

I reached out to them 2 more times and I still have not received a working tracking number or any actual update on my order. It's been 6 days since I placed my order - which was the estimated time for the parcel to arrive at my house - and I have no clue where my parcel is or when it will arrive. I'm finding their approach very passive and not at all proactive in helping to find a solution.

Super upset because I really want my products :'(

I was attracted to the variety of products and great prices. I was not disappointed as I put in my first order. I was pleasantly surprised as I received it earlier than predicted. One must be very careful, for this store and its many enticing discounts can be addictive.

The store contains K-beauty products as well as some cruelty free brands that otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to purchase, or if I were able to, it would’ve been entirely too expensive due to the shipping cost. With lookfantastic I am able to get these products at a fair price.

Excellent products and delivery

Very good quality products and excellent fast delivery. One thing though is I received a discount voucher for a food store I can't even use on my country, which is quite funny, Besides that, everything's great. All products came very well packed and protected.
