Look fantastic presents a wide range of products in which I am interested, which I cannot find in other stores. I decided to place my first order at the beginning of January and only then did I search for reviews online.
After reading several reviews I was worried that my order would never arrive. As the order code never showed me results on the website of Nacex (distribution company in Portugal), I started to get worried.
After a few contacts with the brand (I got an answer after 24 to 72 hours), I decided to wait patiently and stay positive.
Two days after the deadline for delivery, I checked the Nacex website again and it already had a delivery date!
In short, I was satisfied, but there should be more attention to the customer and improve the delivery forecast (perhaps indicating the location of the order throughout the process, as in other distribution companies).
P.S: Who is Cátia after all? I have seen this name mentioned in other reviews and it is always this name that appears at the end of support messages. Is it a bot, is it a real person? Or do all Portuguese collaborators sign with this name?

A look fantastic apresenta uma oferta alargada de produtos em que tenho interesse, que não consigo encontrar noutras lojas. Decidi fazer a minha primeira encomenda no inicio de janeiro e só depois fui pesquisar pelas criticas online.
Depois de ler várias opiniões fiquei preocupada que a minha encomenda nunca chegasse. Como o código de encomenda nunca me apresentava resultados no website da Nacex (empresa de distribuição em Portugal), comecei a ficar preocupada.
Depois de alguns contactos com a marca (tive resposta após 24 a 72 horas), decidi esperar pacientemente e manter-me positiva.
Passados dois dias depois da data limite prevista para entrega, consultei novamente o website da Nacex e esta já apresentava uma data de entrega!
Resumindo, fiquei satisfeita, mas deverá haver mais atenção ao cliente e melhorar a previsão de entrega (talvez indicando a localização da encomenda em todo o processo, como acontece nas outras empresas de distribuição).
P.S: Quem é afinal a Cátia? Já vi o seu nome mencionado noutras reviews e é sempre este nome que aparece no final das mensagens de apoio. É um bot, é uma pessoa real? Ou todos os colaboradores portugueses assinam com este nome?
