I want my 15 K$ watch back that I sent for repair over three months ago. Your phone lines don't work and you do not respond to gmail. I was able to contact Zoe once and she said she would call me back in thirty minutes. She did not return call and does not answer my many phone calls. Again please send my watch.

Great service. Great selection. The customer accounts person was so gracious and put me at ease through the purchase and the process. So happy with the watch.

Bought a submariner in November 2018 and still waiting on Rolex authentication papers. Poor attitude and an unwillingness to be helpful... poor customer service on all levels. Shop elsewhere !

We purchased a Rolex from them 18 months ago, it has broken 3 times, twice for the same issue (winder??). After the second time we decided to use their "trade up" policy and my wife was looking forward to picking out the new one despite the 6-hour drive.

However, once she arrived, the manager was very rude and condescending. She kept telling us to comeback in an hour and that she was doing us a "favor" as normally the repairs were 3-5 days, and then cut off the conversation. Once I finally was able to get a word in, I explained that we were trying to purchase a new one. It was then that her tone changed, and her attitude was welcoming. That is when we decided to shop elsewhere.

I have not received my watch back from repair, and i will update my review accordingly

Visited the office/store of LSM Watches after talking with Donie on the phone. Was introduced to Al who assessed my old Sub 16613 and showed me the latest Sub 116613 which I already planned to own someday. Al was so nice to propose a sum from me and my watch for the new Rolex Submariner 116613 Two Tone. After a short haggle, we agreed on the price and I went home with my dream watch. It was a very smooth transaction and I trusted the guy for his honesty and consideration, even paid with a personal check which other dealers won't allow. Will buy from him again. I strongly recommend LSM Watches, just talk to Al.

Purchased an Omega Constellation automatic watch. Al was very helpful as well as others I spoke to. I shopped all over and received the best price. I will consider buying again from this company. It's great to have people who are honest and very knowledgeable.
