As requested, the polite and truthful sentence that was flagged had been removed; consequently, there was and is no reason to object.
However, this was still deleted at ElevateOM's request to hide their disgraceful activities.
Any further interference will display yet more corrupt activity.

If not for the excellent service from Stacey Swinburn the Senior SEO Account Manager, I would have given up with this shambles a long time ago.
The disgraceful service of this organisation is beyond belief.

The above is a review that I posted 06/08.2025 which covertly disappeared from Trustpilot.
Not only is ElevateOM a shambles, Trustpilot cannot be trusted!

ElevateOM are aware that they have charged me double the standard fee, for services that were not provided. However, I have now been waiting for 11 weeks with no response.

Checking Trustpilot revealed that my review had been removed. This was shown in my account, yet not on the company profile.

The only way that I can get a response out of ElevateOM is to post a negative review.

Exposing that Trustpilot cannot be trusted likely guarantees that this post won't last long either!

After reposting this review, it only took 5 minutes for my previous review to magically reappear...

However, this corruption is exposed by my review reappearing; out of chronological order with their other negative reviews.

He was calm, helpful and actually took ownership and sorted out a mess when everyone else made promises but didn't deliver. It was a very stressful time as we were transferring from Web.com in tight timescales. Of everyone we dealt with at ElevateOM, Angelito Bacera was absolutely outstanding. Elevate has demonstrated exceptional service in the development of my website, particularly following previous unsatisfactory experiences with other website design firms. Unfortunately I have to modify this review after 2 months of work. Positive points: Cost is low, final result: good; Negative: to get to this point was two months of mental torture with back & forth daily emails to get it right.

Good (after design) so far; plenty of contact and quick, but as I write this I am only halfway through the project.

As a fairly illiterate IT user, I have valued the support that has been needed on occasions. It gives me a sense of reassurance that if and when things go wrong, I know they will help.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They were taking over my website and email from another company. As other people have said they were quick enough to take my money and then silence. I got sent an email to forward to my old company to do the pass over which was completed on the 9/9/2025, well it’s now the 23/9/2025 and I haven’t heard a thing. I’ve phoned and phoned and no one gets back to you or tells you what is going on. I’m trying to run a business and without email this is impossible. I would love to go back to using my old company but unfortunately they are no longer trading.
