Did not get product. No response to queries. Never reimbursed. Scam
This company is a total scam. They do not respond to emails sent to their “customer service” contact page.Sent questions regarding refund procedures. Never got a response. But continued to get sales emails. Apparently the product Lumibalm, which is akin to chapstick, comes from China. Does nothing for eye wrinkles in fact may cause some due to the difficulty in applying .They offer a 90 day refund policy but don’t tell you where to send unused product. Then they send info to my credit card company when I challenged the charge to say I had to send monthly photos and use all product before they will consider a refund. There is no phone number on website. No address. Did get message that if you send more than one email they will put you to back of queue. Run away from this product and company. You will not get any benefits from product nor refund if you are unhappy.
