A very helpful and professional company

Very helpful and professional auctioneers. Polly Baker, Sale Coordinator, was particularly helpful with a recent purchase.

Waste of time

Brought Asian porcelain in, specialist Grace Tu accepted them for auction six months later. A full month after the auction date: still no news, no communication, I sent no less than 3 reminders and was only replied to after a formal complaint. They had changed their internal rules in the meantime so had removed my items from the auction! Without letting me know. Disgraceful service: a waste of my time.

Good experience

I have experience only as buyer in the auctions, but all round very positive.
My only question is around using Stripe for payments. Not ideal, best to make a payment direct through ones bank

Poor online experience and poor front…

Poor online experience and poor front desk staff attitude in Edinburgh. They charged a large buyers and sellers "Premium" commission yet their web site video on how to buy on line was not working and during post sale phone call we were not informed we should not collect our expensive purchaces without making an appointment.Just a money machine attitude.
