Seems weird to be giving a 5 star…
Seems weird to be giving a 5 star review but it is not due to the company or the product I bought. I asked for a full after receiving an inferior product that was NOT what was advertised. My 5 stars go to Julia the support member who issued the full refund (minus $1 for some kind of fee). I also didn't have to go through the hassle of shipping the product back. I may not order from this company again but at least they owned up to the error.
