I had already access the return page from the portal but still didn't have the continue button. When all else fails, reboot. That solved the problem

I mistakenly did realize the return timeframe of 14 days and reached out to request an exception which was very easy.

The dress has a run in it. I did email and got a response from a bot. Still waiting for customer service

The dress was sized according to the chart and arrived quickly. It is beautiful and I plan to wear it to my daughter's wedding.

Was able to speak with a representative regarding shipping address confusion with immediate answers. Return process was very smooth. Loved the dress but was not compatible with the bridal party.

Excellent customer service

The dress I ordered for my wedding dress was more beautiful in person than the photos! When I realized I ordered the wrong size I emailed customer service and had a response from Alison less than 5 minutes later and the exchange process was so easy! If I could give 10, stars I would!

I received a beautifully made dress in quality fabric all the way over to New Zealand. On arrival it sadly just didn’t suit me at all. The refund process was simple and straight forward. The dress arrived back quickly and a refund went through straight away. I will definitely continue to order from MacDuggal.

Quick response very accommodating

It is an incredible dress, it looks so elegant and the size was correct, i actually recommend the brand, the have an excellent costumer service. I bought from Mexico and the purchase was safe and good.

They honored my return! Thank you to Megan at MD. Customer beware! They refused my return for a tampered pink ribbon and spray tan stains! For a dress I tried on one time !! Now I am left with 2 of the same dress, one from MD and one from Nordstrom. And I don't have a spray tan. I feel very scammed here on a routine return. I didn't inspect it, honestly I just tried it on. Wow. I kept the dress from Nordstrom that was even $100 more because the rouching on the front was nice and neat, vs the MD one that arrived wrinkly, that was the only thing I noticed. If it was received in the condition they claim maybe they need to do better in shipping out products to customers. Now I have 2 of the same dress!! Honestly they could really care less. Thankfully I am only out $300.
