Kulanz ist ein Fremdwort für dieses Unternehmen

Habe einige Produkte nicht vor den Ferien bestellt. Erst nach den Ferien konnte ich das Paket auspacken, es fehlte eine Handcreme:

"Sie haben Ihr Paket am 14. April 2026 erhalten und am 24. April 2026 eine Reklamation bei uns eingereicht.

Die Frist für die Reklamation ist leider abgelaufen, und wir können Ihnen daher weder eine Rückerstattung noch einen erneuten Versand des Produkts anbieten.

Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten sehr."

Naja, so kleinig soll man den Kunden gegenüber nicht sein. Das war erste und letzte Bestellung bei diesem Onlineshop. Schlussendlich es hat heutzutage einige,die gleiche Produkte zu den gleichen Konditionen anbieten.

Make-up.ch, Dienstleistung Probleme !!!

Ich habe bei make-up.ch zwei Bestellung aufgegeben. Eine Bestellung wurde mir abgegeben aber eine davon leider nicht. Ich habe mit make-up.ch per Email mehr Mals kontaktiert, Sie helfen mir nicht, Sie übernehmen keine Haftung. So eine weltberühmte Firma und so eine Dienstleistung passt wirklich nicht. Make-up vertrauet Ihre Kundschaft nicht.

Ich habe in zwei verschieden Tagen zwei verschiedene Bestellung aufgegeben. 26.2.2025 und 1.3.2025 noch eine !
