Not only helped to choose the correct bathroom door knob - to fit bathroom and bedroom handles, but also arranged with the factory replacement with wrong size plakk for the knob. I had only to explain what was wrong and 3 days later got the package from the factory.
Delivery is fast (3-4 days)
Service is excellent
Communication is very pleasing.
