My mom used it for like 3 days. From nowhere they started taking money EACH week from her. It started with like 6 dollars and 2 weeks later she had 2 payments the same day. One was about 50 dollars and the other one was over 65 dollars. When we tried to cancel the subscription, we needed to call a number to proceed the cancellation. The number was registered in SWEDEN but woman that answered was talking in English and didn't understand anything I said. After 30 minutes of talking, she couldn't help and she hung up. Then when I tried calling again the same woman hung up again. Right now we can't cancel the subscription so we need to go to the bank and delete the whole card and make a new one. We are going to investigate why they took so much money and if they did it without any rights, we are going to call the police.

They are scammers the charge 52 dollars without my permission

I signed up for 3 days at a cost of £3.85....so far an extra 5 payments have been deducted from my account...£29 in total...non of which I agreed to. Absolute joke of a site...they should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute SCAM! Avoid like the plague! All profiles are fake, “likes” will gradually disappear or turn out to be bots once subscription is paid, all pretty much textbook fraud to be honest. DO NOT waste your time or money on this criminal sh*tshow!

Dont waste your money on this. My experience has been a flurry of activity for the first week to get you feeling like it might be worthwhile but a lot of the profiles are FAKE as I've discovered, and when they disappear more new ones appear. Then after an active first week or so, activity drastically slows/almost stops. So many people are hundreds of miles apart too. No refunds either within the normal 14 day cooling off period as they determine that if you've used the site you are excluded from the 14 day online refund rule. So Beware ! Keep your money in your pocket. One star rating is being very generous as there's no option for less.

Do not pay for a monthly. At first contact ask to prove they are a real person by taking a selfie holding a piece of paper with today's date, if they refuse this is a red flag. Listen to responses they are all similar. I do not highly recommend. Stay away. Total fake, fraud. The woman are not real. Reading from scripts. Never a date just keeps taking your money. The girls have the routine down how to keep you texting and spending. Stay away. Big scam.

If I could give a zero I would. Paid for 3 days just to have a look and next thing I’m getting charged $55 and then $52. when I queried it they said apparently I didn’t read the fine print which states that they automatically sign you up for not only this site but also a partner dating site… I was supposed to opt out before my 3 days were over! absolute scam… I do not recommend this site at all. Won’t give me a refund either… bast@rds!!

signed up for a 3 day trial at s cost of £3.87 and had a email confirming this amount, my bank called me to say they had taken £22.97, or tried to. Luckily enough my bank stopped the payment and any further payments to this site. Called up the customer service and apparently they needed my card number and email address to delete my account even after I had provided them with my account reference number..."they couldn't find me" they said. I gave no information regarding my card number and cut the call. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Ridiculous, what a scam. None of the profiles are real! Search in a different area, you'll recognise the same people under different names. Reply's are computed generic answers.. total waste!!!

Signed up for a three-day trial at £5.37 and they then charged me for a further week £7 and then an incognito £3.89. Have tried numerous times to cancel subscription, it fails every time, no email to confirm your subscription has been cancelled. Tried to delete my account it won't let me says I have to cancel my subscription first. Click on help and it won't let you fill in a refund request. There is no way to get in touch with someone without a preset response. Had to report to creditcard company and cancel my creditcard. This site is horrendous. Avoid at all cost.
Uodate* 25/5/2023 this company tried to charge my credit card a further fifty quid. Only five days after I signed up despite taking a 3day fee and a weeks fee and an incognito fee all on sign up. So glad I stopped my credit card.

Joined wasnt happy with the results emailed Maturedating Customer Services asked for a refund and received it within a week, I cant complain about that.
I have had a refund however after cancelling they have charged me in excess of £50 for nothing.....will be onto the bank....and expect a reply from customer services before letting you now more...... Total scam. I signed up for 3 day subscription...£4 odd. Next thing they're trying to take £26 from my account.!! Luckily bank refused it and got in touch with me 1st. I then went back on site and cancelled my subscription totally......and yet again 3 days later ,they're trying to take £56 from my account. Again bank refused and contacted me 1st. I was actually signing up to something called ''Cupid'' and entered my email address and age and next you know it registered me on maturedating.com
As it was not what I wanted I straight went to delet and SURPRISE SURPRISE I am not able to delete. Supposedly they send you deletion code to email but only blank email comes through NO CODE. Sent enquirey and got general email with instructions to follow to delete. That mind you do not work without deletion code
Upon seeing other reviews I am glad I did not enter any other details especially financial.

Avoid this company. I had a horrible experience trying to cancel the subscription and terrible customer service when I signed up, maturedating later requested more information and had my review taken down to try protect their image. I'm waiting for them to query this review, thankfully I have recovered screenshots of my login ID and transaction details this time 👌🏻 absolutely garbage company, avoid at all costs

EDIT: Unfortunately your reply doesn't match with your actions, if you valued customer feedback you would approach the customer first to try rectify the situation, instead you chose to contact Trust Pilot to verify my review first in the hopes that it would be taken down which is exactly what you did before, this is indicative that you would rather have bad feedback removed instead of addressing the issue itself - your practices as a company are shambolic.

When you sign up to maturedating.com, evidently, they have a mirrored site, that somewhere in the fine print when you sign up to maturedating.com you're also signing up to it the same time, datingchemistry.com

So, after you go through all of the dramas unsubscribing from maturedating.com, finally you think your finished, then $50 comes out of your credit card for this datingchemistry.com site, you've never even heard of... When you look at it, it is an exact mirror of the maturedating.com site..

so now you have to unsubscribe from it as well.. And, if you don;t know the password, it will not sent you a password reset to your email address, I tried ten times, and yes I checked the spam.. And the only way to unsubscribe is to enter your password...

Oh I have to stop now, it just keeps going....

I received no emails from your other site, there was no way of knowing I was even signed up to it, no confirmations, nothing till money was taken from my account?
