Vaccum pack Equipment purchased from…

Vaccum pack Equipment purchased from this company not fit for porpuse. I've never bought kitchen equipment that actually rusts after 9 month. You have to unscrew wires inorder to clean this machine. Anyone working in a commercial kitchen understands how ridiculous this is as hygiene is a number 1 priority. After a number of times been recomoved the delicate wires snapped and in order to repair must incure charges for shipping an item back to Amsterdam at my cost .

Disapointing costumor service

Within the first year of purchasing a gas stove from Maxima, because of its defects and malfunction, I have twice written a complaint to Maxima, including their officielt pathways to do so, but have had no response what so ever. I have also suggested Maxima that I find a local danish support to solve the issues with the stove, but without any success. So, the four stars at the purchase, it is surely down to one.

They don't answer our letters

They don't answer our letters, they don't help us with the service problem.
We have many warranty failures for which we do not receive parts under warranty.
