I signed up and preloaded my account, but shortly afterwards, the company contacted everyone in my organisation without my consent — apparently by scraping the website for their emails. They then encouraged staff to purchase additional courses from my plan, again without my permission or knowledge. When this caused the account to exceed the prepaid amount, they sent solicitor letters demanding payment.
When I raised a complaint, I was told this was part of their “marketing policy”. I found this approach highly unprofessional and unethical, and it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I recently used MBL seminars to complete my training as part of my training contract. The assistance and cooperation I received from the MBL team throughout my training was exceptional and certainly made the process a lot easier. I would certainly recommend MBL to any person who is undergoing their training contract or is interested in expanding their knowledge in certain areas of law.
