Ho rispedito un gilet per cambio taglia e nonostante numerose mail inviate non hanno mai risposto. Mai ricevuto il cambio e tantomeno i soldi.

Zunächst gut, dann enttäuscht
Nach anfänglich gutem Eindruck erfolgte später die Ernüchterung. Nachdem ich eine gelieferte Motorradjeans zurückschicken mußte, da der Klettverschluß einer Protektorentasche defekt war, wurde mir kurzfristig eine neue Hose zugeschickt. Soweit so gut. Dann aber nach ca. 3 Wochen,stellte ich fest, daß die Nähte im Kniebereich aufrauhen und begannen sich aufzulösen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat ich die Hose ca. 5x getragen. Dementsprechend habe ich MDM per Mail informiert und erhielt eine Tel. vom Chef? `` der die Sache regeln würde. Meinerseits erfolgten mehrere Anrufe und SMS. Jedoch keine Reaktion. Auch auf eine weitere Mail an MDM erhielt ich keine Antwort. Dies läßt in mir die Vermutung aufkommen, daß MDM zwar schnell liefert , um Umsatz zu generieren, allerdings für die Qualität seiner Ware im Nachgang nicht einstehen möchte. Mittlerweile bezweifele ich nach optischem Eindruck auch die Qualität des Stoffes. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich deshalb keine Empfehlung abgeben. Nächstes Mal gleich die Trilobite.
