Caddy is a personal AI operating system that installs once on your Mac or Windows machine and runs forever. No subscription required. No agencies. No SaaS stack. Just AI you actually own. Most people interacting with AI today are stitching together five or six tools that don't talk to each other. ChatGPT in one tab. Notion AI in another. Claude on the side. A CRM. An email tool. Three more apps that promised to fix everything. The data lives in five different vendor databases, the workflows live in your head, and the leverage never compounds. Caddy is different. One install, in under 30 minutes, gives you a single AI system that knows your voice, your workflows, your contacts, your calendar, and your projects. It drafts your emails. It runs your follow-ups. It builds the apps and tools you would otherwise pay an agency to build. It manages your operations. It handles the work that used to take your evenings. Under the hood, Caddy runs on Anthropic's Claude, the most capable model for nuanced thinking and trustworthy output. As newer Claude models ship, Caddy installs adopt them. Your data stays on your machine. The AI stays in your control. Caddy is built for founders, business owners, professional services operators (CPAs, lawyers, agents, brokers, advisors), investors, family offices, coaches, creators, and anyone running their own work. If it can be done at a keyboard, Caddy can do it. Caddy was created by Tucker Bern, who built the system originally for his own family office and portfolio operations, then packaged it for everyone running into the same friction. Today Caddy is licensed to operators who would rather own their AI than rent it from someone else. Visit meetcaddy.com to see if Caddy is a fit.

This has placed a value in my business…

This has placed a value in my business that is priceless & also been great for creative plans I’ve had in the works but with much higher efficiency. I’ve been recommending and showing my systems and results non stop.

I run a handyman company that has many components that take my full attention besides the daily grind. Scheduling , invoices , payment processing are all things that require my daily attention during and after a day of working.

I will recommend this personally for how it’s helped me establish a more efficient system relating to the things mentioned above & also how it’s been giving new ideas to quantify projects I’ve had in progress for my company. Time is the most valuable asset and I’m genuinely excited about how fast I have Been able to create & run programs with results I didn’t know can happen as swift with this software program.

Within this past month I can’t say enough about how much has changed & looking forward to how much more it will do for me this year at a pace I didn’t anticipate could happen so swiftly.

Thank you & 100% recommend this program!!

Thank you Caddy!

I spend my time sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, connecting capital with operators, founders, and businesses across a range of industries. Because of that, I’ve been exposed to countless AI tools over the last few years — most promise efficiency, but very few actually become part of the daily workflow.

Before using Caddy, one of my biggest pain points was managing the sheer volume of communication, follow-up, information organization, and relationship tracking that comes with operating in a fast-moving deal environment. Most tools either felt too complicated, too generic, or required more effort to maintain than the value they provided.

After using Caddy for the past several weeks, what stood out immediately was how intuitive and practical it is. The platform doesn’t try to overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity — it simplifies execution. It helped streamline communication, organize workflows more efficiently, and reduce a significant amount of administrative friction that normally eats up time throughout the day.

What I appreciate most is that it feels like it was built by someone who actually understands how professionals operate in the real world. The user experience is clean, responsive, and thoughtfully designed, and the implementation was surprisingly fast compared to other software platforms I’ve tested.

AI is becoming crowded with tools that overpromise, but Caddy has been one of the few products I’ve used that genuinely improves productivity without creating more noise.

Really impressive product and I’m excited to continue using it. Huge credit to Tucker and the team for building something useful, practical, and easy to adopt. I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try.
