Do not fall for it

Do not fall for it
Tally does not keep their payment process they pay for about 8 to 12 months then send notice that they are no longer going to pay your card and payment is due so no you have their payment and your CC payments tp make. seems like a bait and switch to me by not upholding their side of the contract.

Legal action needs to be taken against…

Legal action needs to be taken against Tally for false promises, misleading advertising, and going against user agreements. This is yet another bait and switch company with predatory lending practices. Whatever you do, DO NOT work with Tally. The interest rate upon signing was 3% in order to assist getting OUT of debt, now the interest rate is 28% and placing me further into debt. They will give you the run around about the federal prime rate, however the signature upon beginning service did not state this anywhere. Further, I was never notified of this interest rate change until viewing my statement. Predators.

Tally: don't lie to save face. You're by far one of the worst companies on the market, harming those simply attempting to financially advocate for themselves.

They're extremely okay

They're extremely okay. Over my time with them (over 18 months) it things are getting worse on the user end. Soon they won't even be supporting their Android app which is a weird move for a company that advertised themselves as a debt consolidation app.
As my credit improved they wouldn't renegotiate the percentage they were charging me -- something even my credit card was willing to do. At this point I have unlinked my card to Tally as it is cheaper for me to pay two separate bills (which, there goes the convenience of the service nee app) at my credit card's lower vig and to pay Tally separate.
In conclusion, Tally seems perfectly adequate at paying your credit card. And that's it.

Thank you for your feedback! While Tally is not able to decrease APR's on request, we may have opportunities for APR reductions in the future and have noted your account for review in this instance. Regarding Android performance, Tally is only temporarily limiting Android app users while we improve our Android version. This will become available for members again shortly in the future. Thank you for your patience. If there is anything else we can do to support your account, please reach out to us at support@meettally.com.

Tally is great for a few but very important things, no hard inquiries to see your credit line and the ability to pay for a better APR and my favorite is not reporting your line to the credit bureaus, if they did you’d lose valuable credit score points on the added utilization. Once you pay tally back, your line of credit is right there for use again 💪🏽. I will forever be a tally customer even without debt they still come in very handy if you know how to use them. My 17.9% interest rate allows me to keep my higher rate cards at bay 👌

Everything was good till Tally 2.1

Everything was good till Tally 2.1. Earlier last month we upgraded to 3.0.1 and our nightmare started! GST reports which were just a click away on 2.1 don't get extracted even after multiple extra steps. Customer care is sleeping and they really seem to be non technical and inexperienced guys!! Moreover, they have a bandwidth issue...whenever we call them there is always a wait time of around 10 mins!!

Simply monthly payments and debt free quicker.

I had some questions during the setup of the account, I was impressed with the phone customer service. Love the app, and of course, the lower interest rate offered to consolidate some credit cards. In just two months, Tally helped me free up a card, get a balance transfer in order to pay off balances quicker.

Tally is a pretty good service that automatically pays off your credit cards with higher interest rates. The automatic line of credit calculation works well and the app is simple and easy to use. My only issue that I have which is glaring is that the interest rate they provide is really only a slight reduction from credit cards. I’ve shopped around for other options in regards to loans and lines of credit and found products with a much lower interest rate than Tally. Their saving grave is how flexible they are with their minimum monthly payment.

Keeps you in the know

The communication is great, they let you know how much will be paid and when, even when it’s an extra payment. Still getting used to how it works but so far it’s been a good experience.

A complete rip-off

A complete rip-off! Doubled my debt! Approved my credit and then turned around to tell me that I no longer qualified, after I had been paying them for 2+ years. So my line of credit was cancelled and now I owe them. Again my debt has doubled because of this making it impossible for me to afford. To top it off, they are the most unwilling to work on a customized repayment plan that actually works for me! I want to pay them back and am trying but they are not providing any reasonable solutions given their inability to hold up on THEIR end of the agreement. A complete scam!

I was unable to stop a payment to my credit card because the tab wasn’t working. Tally sent the full amount to a credit card that only had a 690 balance. Now I am having trouble getting that money back from my credit card company to pay tally back. I’ve tried to reach out to tally but I don’t receive anything further than “cancel the payment”…

Here we go!

The whole experience has been really easy.
More than anything, I've been struggling to just get started. The size of the endeavor had kept me procrastinating. With Tally I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, and that's made all the difference.

At first I was skeptical about Tally…

At first I was skeptical about Tally thinking how there must be a hidden catch somewhere. But when comparing their offer even to my own B of A debt consolidation offer, Tally clearly offered a better deal with lower interest rates. They have great transparency on how their program operated, although it was a bit scary when you notice your credit card debt amounts change so abruptly for the better. It takes about a week for the various financial institutions' data to sync, and before long my FICO score improved dramatically by 43 points placing me comfortably back into the "very good" credit category - which was a nice bonus. I would recommend using Tally for anyone to lessen their debt.

I started using Tally about a year ago…

I started using Tally about a year ago because their rates were less than my credit cards and they would take care of my payments. What a wonderful program I thought. Now I feel like Tally did a bait-and-switch on me. Once Tally paid off my credit cards, a few months later, Tally change the interest rate to one higher than my highest credit card. Now I'm having to pay them back at a ridiculously high-interest rate, I should have just kept what I had. I'm giving it 2 stars because they started out doing the right thing.

Loved how Tally let me pay down huge amounts on 2 of my high balance cards. My score is already going up within last 30 days. The monthly payment to Tally is low and easy to cover and I love that the credit line is revolving to use again soon. My debt seems more manageable suddenly, thanks!!

Tally is better than Prozac. What a relief!

I’m brand new but tally took all of the ‘scary’ parts right out of my hands. I only heard about it and was curious. Just researching tally it nudges you to do the smart thing. I had a small moment of panic but knew I needed a serious change with my finances. So I went with it. Within, I think, 48 hours? My two credit cards were paid off and my interest rate dropped from 28% to 20% and only one payment to worry about to tally. I felt an instant release from the stress I’d been carrying around. Seriously. And then tally let me know my payment was lower than want it had been but suggested an affordable higher amount to be rid of the debt quicker. Much quicker. Tally’s gentle ‘nudging’ into better financial habits is the real deal. Do yourself a favor and get the app.
