The litter box is more than I expected
The litter box is more than I expected. My cats had no trouble transitioning from their old box to the new box. It's so quiet.I do not hear it when it is cleaning itself. It has saved me many hours of cleaning and anything that makes my life easier is great.

I have bought my cat the other…
I have bought my cat the other competition cat litter box that was real expensive. She never went in it sat for three months $400. She’s claustrophobic I think and when I get this one, I prayed that she would like it she get right into it cause it’s wide some cats don’t like small little holes

Update to review: litter box has been delivered. Receiving a review survey noting my complete order was delivered with one tracking number was confusing due to the delivery being split into two orders without a second tracking order being given. This was purchased as a gift so function is to be determined.

Ease of use
Only area I fell could improve is making it easier to open the compartment to empty. I few of my boxes get struck or just hard to pinch to open. But over all on find them to be great. I have 9 boxes (so far).😻

Poor customer service
I have formally asked for a return now 3 times and and well within my time windows for doing so as the litterbox i bought malfunctions and is leaking cat urine all over my floor. I get run around emails about coming up with a solution just like a see everyone else here has. Meowant make this right and process my return or I will continue to give you bad reviews and comments on any and all social media platforms possible costing you future sales
