I have known Mrs Messenger since she was a teacher to my children, and now as a tutor to my son, he is gifted at Maths and Mrs messenger taylors her lessons perfectly to his needs ....

I have known Mandy for many years and she was in fact my mentor in my teacher training in maths. Mandy is very pupil focussed and empathic to the individual students needs. When my son needed some help and was unwilling to accept any from me - Mandy was my natural choice. She gave him the boost he needed and I am thankful to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any student needing additional help to catch up, to increase confidence or to pursue higher level maths or the top grades in both GCSE and A level. An amazing teacher.

Our son had just entered year 10 and whilst doing well in maths, found it difficult to get certain things explained in school. He was always resistant to having a tutor. Eventually (reluctantly) he agreed. We found Mandy and he has been having weekly tutoring for about 5 - 6 weeks now.
We have been so surprised at his whole attitude since that first session. He finds Mandy so easy to understand and learn with. It has improved his confidence no end. He actually looks forward to his weekly tutoring and enjoys learning.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mandy for friendly, encouraging tutoring, with the ability to provide several differing methods to explain things and help students to not only understand maths, but enjoy it too!

Mandy was working with my Son for most of year 11 as he had fallen behind and following his mocks was predicted a 2/3. My son found Mandy really engaging and went into his GCSE exam with a lot more confidence. He achieved a grade 5 which is just fantastic and we can't thank Mandy enough.
