Wish I had read reviews before ordering please dont order off this company because you won’t receive items I’m still waiting doubt I’ll receive it after reading comments

Awful can’t believe I fell for the hype by their adverts on FB all reviews on there praising the items , 5 weeks of waiting and no communications whatsoever tried to send emails to them but they didn’t get delivered. So definitely do not use this company just seem to be scammers.Paid through PayPal but even having problems with them trying to get money back

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM , SCAM, SCAM!
I purchased a bra about 4 weeks ago, they initially charged me more than it cost. I complained and they did refund the extra charged (so i stupidly thought it was an ok company). Weeks later and several emails later i am atill waiting for my bra. Ive demanded a refund but all i get are stupid responses saying its on its way. Ive given up. Its so bad that Facebook lets all these scammers freely trade on their site.
Lesson learnt!

Been 6 weeks still no product, can't charge back as under £100. They keep emailing nonsense responses telling me it's been shipped with no proof. Avoiding giving me complaints emails. Refusing to refund. Biggest scam I've EVER fallen for.

Purchased bra a month ago - I have the same issue emails back and forth telling me it’s on its way. I have demanded my money back on numerous occasions but nothing.they can’t get away with this they have scammed so many people as I can see all the reviews. I am so angry 😡 do not BUY from this so called company!!!

Avoid this company, it is a scam, as the other reviewers state. Products are wrongly sized, the picture used to sell the item, is not of the product you will get. When you ask to return it, they tell you that it would be too expensive for you to return and offer you £2 compensation and you can keep the product. Why would you want to keep something that doesn't fit? AVOID.....AVOID.....AVOID

I ordered a bra on 9th September and I haven't got it

Return impossible after receiving a most inadequate poor quality product!!

Please trust your first choice. This product has a high sales volume in our company and has several advantages:
First: The price is high cost-performance.
Second: Customer evaluation is good.
Third: The buyback rate is high.
If you need to return or replace the product, you need to pay high freight to return the product, and the refund cycle is long.
It's a better choice to keep it.

Update:
As I paid with PayPal I claimed to them and I won the case and have had a refund….
Ordered the bra, was supposed to be white but was more ivory, had padding in the cups that were puckered, quality is dreadful.
Complained and asked for a refund and after ignoring what I was saying about. Told me it would be too expensive for me to return and would I accept £2 compensation.
Still going on.
Now I’ve read the reviews from here and have learned a lesson don’t read the reviews from the product page they must be fake!

Ordered Bras £39 but they took more, got emails on stautus update of tracking but stopped when arrived at an Lincoln logistics LN4 35D 31 August 2023. I have sent many emails and requested refund but nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY... It is FAKE and RIP YOU OFF.

Wish I read the reviews what a scam ……….. don’t go near it, surely Facebook should have some sort of governance on selling from their platform all too often people are duped through Facebook selling

Still awaiting order charged more than what was advertised quick enough to take your money bloody scam all the way avoid this company at all cost

Absolutely disgusted with the bras I bought, poor quality and threads hanging out and customer service is appalling when I complained about the bras they said not supported by refund as there was no faults even thou I sent pictures supporting the faults and delivery took nearly 3 months, please stay away from this company and I have reported them to trading standards

I am still waiting for my refund they just keep saying the same thing I will keep sending emails till I get my money back

What an idiot I am. I ordered a bra before reading reviews. Just checked the tracking. The order number on the email is not known on the tracking so looks like I’ve wasted my money and was charged at more then the price on the order total and advertised price. I’ve just read all these reviews so looks like I’m another one to add to this list. What can we do about this I wonder?!

Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order after reading the reviews and it is impossible to do so. Complete rip off

Very poor customer service. Purchased two bras. Both were far too small and not the true size I ordered. When trying to return I was advised by customer service to gift the items to a friend as postage would cost too much!!!! Seriously?! Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!

Placed an order on 12/9/23, received a confirmation email, which disappeared one hour later!!!
They took more than the price I paid!
Total scam!!! Sadly I fell for it.
If it looks too good to be true……then it often is.
