Bought from this company but the bras aren't what I expected don't like them and they aren't comfortable got in touch with them and they don't want to know told me it would be expensive to return do I would be better keeping them

This company must be fake, they took my money straight away more expensive than advertised. I have noticed the exact same bra advertised under different companies. I didn't receive an order confirmation after they took my money. I still haven't had any products from them still May /June. I wish I would have looked further into this company before ordering anything. I doubt I will ever receive a decent bra as was advertised. Save your money ladies don't be taken for a ride with the lovely comments.

I haven't ordered as I have read all your reviews. What I want to know if you read the comments on the advertisement they are all positive and saying how wonderful and life changing they are. Can nothing be done to stop these adverts?

Very dodgy and unethical practices being used to dupe unsuspecting customers. Shame on you. AVOID this egregious company.

Worse company ever, basically it’s impossible to return anything, item is tiny , doesn’t fit , took a week before they’d agree I could return but then you have to pay to ship it to china… Kept asking me if I knew someone I could give it too and they’ll send me £1 compensation , gave up in the end.

Lost parcel for over 6 weeks, customer services is a joke! . Will not acknowledge my requests for refund . even though Evri has stated parcel is lost. Shocking company AVOID !

Purchased a bra. Arrived to the UK after 15 days. Too late for refund or return. No return address anyway. No invoice either. Very poor quality and badly made. Waste of money.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering! BUYER BEWARE! Like someone else I was overcharged but got that amount refunded. Ordered a bra in 38G but might see if it fits my granddaughter as a starter bra. Could only laugh when I opened it! Won’t even attempt to send it back as it will be a total waste of time. Lesson learned.

Don’t use this company . Rude customer service, no way you can return unwanted items and get your money back . Product are basically rubbish . Looks nice on the website but when you receive them if lucky they are nothing like on the website. Waste of money !!!

I ordered a bra for my holiday. The advert stated that they did UK cup sizes so I expected it to fit? I am a size 38G. The bra that came was more like a 36B. I emailed straight away to let them know the bra was not the correct size. This is the response:
As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.
So how about we refund you 1GBP as compensation and you keep the products?

After 19 emails, they have upped the compensation to 4GBP but they expect me to pay postage back to China.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE. I ORDER IN JUNE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. They send emails to go to the post office to look for the package. In the UK the post office does not deliver parcels. I went to the Royal Mail order center and the order number is fake. DON'T TRUST

Absolutely awful !! Sizing is completely all wrong , at least 2-3 sizes too small !! What a con !! Avoid !! Had numerous emails back and forth and will not refund, they are conning people and I hope there business gets taken down !! Avoid like the plaque 😡

Received bras in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately they are extremely small even though I had sized up. Contacted customer service they were quick to reply however they told me to give them away as it wasn't cost effective to return...not sure how giving away is any more effective. After numerous emails still refusing to refund or exchange. Awful company please do not waste your money!!

Ordered some bra's for my wife, they arrived late very poor quality and didn't fit. I've tried to contact them though the support email, and everytime they answer, they just replied with the same email. Stay away from them, all the Facebook videos look like there set ups.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! This company is a scam! I ordered the tan enhancer and the item I received was not what was show in their sponsored Facebook advert! The size of the tubs were tiny in comparison to what is advertised. Also the colour and texture of the product is not as advertised! Company tried to get me to pay the return post for the product by I refused and PayPal ruled in my favour. ****AVOID AVOID**** SCAMMER*****

I have had a bad experience. The bras are cheap and way smaller than advertised. I have not warm it and to date they are offering £2 to keep the item that I can not use. They still have not told me their refund policy which is over 3 weeks now. Let me return the item for a refund. I would NOT recommend that you purchase from this retailer based on my experience. Very poor

I very much suspect that this is the same company as Spuskey who have dreadful reviews on Trust Pilot. It sells cheap Chinese bras, poorly made, ridiculous sizing and will not reply to emails. No paperwork to return these awful items. Facebook should ban them.
