Awful communication.

Ordered a baby splash play mat for the hot weather coming up and I have not yet received it. Its been over 2 weeks and I havent had any communication about delivery.
Will not be ordering from them again.

This company is awful

This company is awful. We ordered a musical cuddly toy crab for our baby and when it arrived the music it played was far from baby friendly! Billy Elish, random house music, pop songs with crude lyrics...! Customer service offered no apologies and just said we had to pay to return it to china for a full refund - ie nothing once the postage is paid.

My experience with Mini Brits has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery was heavily delayed despite the website suggesting a normal shipping timeframe of only a few working days. Communication from customer service was vague and unhelpful, with no clear delivery estimate provided even after repeated emails.

What made the experience even worse is that I tried to post an honest review about the delay and poor customer service on their website three separate times, and each time the review either disappeared or was not published.

Customers deserve transparency, honest communication, and the ability to share genuine feedback without it being removed.
