Near enough doubled prices/moved me onto an expensive plan without making sure I was happy with this plan. Then claimed they moved my plan for my own sake...to make things cost-effective...this is only true because they pushed up everyone's prices/manipulated their payment structure!

I use Modulr to pay weekly wages. It is a seamless easy integration from my wages software. The support staff is so helpful and patient and they always answer immediately with the solution. I don't find all this technology easy so it makes a huge difference that Modulr has such great support for old timers and the every day problems that will come. Great Product, Great Service, Great Support! Wonderful support staff!

Your customer support was helpful during the onboarding and linking BrightPay to Modular was easy, although not seamless. We had to reach out to your support team to help us after 2 unsuccessful attempts. The biggest hurdle and deal breaker for us was that our bank, Cater Allen was not on the list of banks. The alternative for us would be to do bank transfers from Cater Allen to Modular which for us would mean additional steps, waiting time, and fees (likely) on our payroll process. Hence, we opted to do our payroll the usual.

The process is too time consuming and involved when dealing on behalf of a client. Have to keep going back to them to either add funds or approve payments.
Positive is that it is very quick to create the payments from BP and the fact that payments are virtually instantaneous.

***Update re the response below as it's incorrect--
Modulr removed the lowest tier price plan of £10 and replaced it with one with a 200% increase. There was no loyalty offer to me as they suggest, they just offered the new lowest price plan.
The new features are of no use to me, I can accept price rises but not 200/600% ones, not sure how Modulr thinks this is acceptable, surprised they even tried to justify it.
Been with Modulr for a few years now but recently received an email saying that my monthly fee was rising from £10 to £67.20, so nearly a 600% increase.
They then offered £29, so just a mere 200% increase.
The reason given for the increase, inflation.
Goodbye Modulr.

Been using the system for over a year and have no issue usually, and accept that mistakes happen, however the total lack of customer service and tech support over a weekend is disgraceful. I transferred the money for our payroll, and I have 47 team members that I can’t pay. I’ve emailed and left 4 messages and had no response. They seem not to care that I have 47 families that are impacted by not receiving their monthly wage
