Great customer service from Molarclean
Great customer service from Molarclean. Initially I received the incorrect colour, which was my fault not there's. After a follow up email, they sent me the colour I wanted at no extra charge, even though I offered to pay postage for second replacement set. This definitely exceeded customer experience expectations. I would highly recommend them as the brush heads are massively cheaper than the Oral-B io brand and exactly the same quality. Thank you.

I got 4 tubes of the flavoured…
I got 4 tubes of the flavoured toothpaste as only it states suitable for age 3+ however they have arrived and all say not recommended for under 6 years old

We are sorry about the confusion on the tubes. Under supervision, the 1100 ppm (parts per million) fluoride toothpaste is excellent for kids, generally recommended for ages 2-6, providing strong cavity protection using a pea-sized amount.
