Looks like they have made a runner. Purchased an item via Ebay at the beginning of February, a month before they went bust. I never received the item and could not get anywhere with either them or Ebay, to get a refund (Cleverly, the Ebay "Money back guarantee" did not apply to this item).

Gone bust taking lots of peoples money. Raised over £200,000 from investors just before he went. Draw your own conclusions.
Update, he tried to block this review to hide the facts.

They had a great promotion at this shop. I bought. They confirmed the order. 4 days later, when I asked where the package was, I was told that they did not have my part in stock and were refunding me. the same day, the part was available on their website, but without the promotional price. So they have it but forgot to change the price. No honour and very poor email service.

Order was placed nothing was mentioned that they did not have one in stock could not contact company by phone and they take too long to answer e.mails so order was late getting to me they do not keep customers informed when there are problems

They made a mistake and sent the wrong item. But they responded to my email very quickly, and had the correct item delivered within 24hrs. Well done.

Initial impressions were favourable. Ordered a pair of bike trousers and the order was speedily processed - probably because they were getting money from me. Trousers didnt fit and thats where everything went downhill. I was sent details of how to return and it became apparent that to do involved a 30 mile round trip to the 'local convenient' collection point. Having got there i was informed that the barcode wasnt valid- even on a manual input by the member of staff. I emailed Motohawk and advised them and got a response from Matt saying he'd get DPD to collect them. Nothing happened, i chased and was advised it had been arranged, nothing happened, i chased and was advised they'd attend today, nothing happened. I've still got a box on my dining table, Motohawk still have my money. I'm not impressed and will never use them again.
EDIT i sent another terse email and got my refund. I subsequently received an email saying they were closing down which speaks volumes.

Ordered a helmet on their web site, unfortunately it was advertised in error and unavailable. The equivalent helmet has gone up now.
Wasted 7 days 2 emails and phone calls which were never answered.
S*** happens. Mat was very apologetic.

No communication. No replies to emails. No item

Everything is wrong. No customer service don't answer the phone. I ordered a halmet and camera the order never came it took them one week to answer. After all that they don't have them in stock. Total waste of time

A purchased a sat nav for my dad but unfortunately was the wrong one. I emailed Motohawks and had a speedy reply from Matt who let me know I could return the item. However, I really wanted to exchange it but wasn't sure what one I needed. I ended up sending a picture of the docking station but sadly they didn't do a sat nav for the dock, he then went and found the sat nav I needed online. I asked if there were any other sat navs with a certain part that they sold and he came back with other options, including extra's to help fit certain ones AND the links to buy them :)

I was blown away with is help, professionalism and kindness. Went above and beyond and was pleasant at all times.

Ordered a new Shark Spartan Carbon helmet. Got a great price, swift delivery and a surprise additional tinted visor and pinlock in the box. Colour me happy!

Clothing at great value and fast delivery, great service

Got gloves, they fit like a glove should.
Need to swap boots for bigger size, so far return still in process.
Reasonably priced too.
Speedy response too with customer service.
Will give 5th star on receipt of new boots.
