The delivery crew just left and everything was, for the most part, acceptable. we contracted with moving pros about am onto ago and they picked everything up about 3 weeks ago. we needed some in between time before the rental property was available. we were pleased to hear they weren't going to charge for a re delivery fee. they just set everything up. i didn't know they wouldn't be unpacking my boxes but they did set everything else up for us. very friendly crew. its like 100 degrees outside and it didn't even seem to bother them.

They haven't come to pick me up just yet but the services they've offered so far have been great. they've made the process of getting things done really smooth. I've never moved before so i don't know how to pack all of this stuff. the only problem is i don't have the money to pay them. jon told me he'd walk me through anything i need help with though and I've called him like 15 times. he's never upset and is always very patient with me. one time he even face timed me to make sure the mirror was packed correctly. i wanted to express my gratitude for the help this past week. thanks guys

Overall, we were very happy with the job done by moving pros. sammy came in and explained the process. everything went more or less as sammy explained it too. It wasn't an easy move as our property was not accessible for the 53 foot truck so we had to use a shuttle truck on delivery. The driver was great - we were able to keep in touch with him to coordinate our arrivals, and there was a team ready at our delivery point to unload. everything got done though. companies that fall short wouldn't be willing to go the extra mile like these guys did.

We are very happy that we found moving pros on Yelp. We decided at the last minute not to rent and drive our own truck. What a nightmare that would have been. Because of all the good reviews we called moving pros. matt was able go through our items with us and create a list for a “guaranteed price”. He was also able to give us a guaranteed express date of 4-9 days, because we were traveling on a route they run frequently. all we were required to do was pack up our boxes and glass stuff. They gave us a truck pick up date, arrived as scheduled. The moving crew that came, anthony, marvin, and james, were great. They took great care in wrapping our furniture. we had so much stuff but they didn't stop. they labeled everything and got it out the door. it only took us a few days to get to our new home and moving pros arrived right after we did. i would highly recommend this company because they were friendly and most importantly everything got her in perfect condition.

Chose moving pros! My wife and I were extremely concerned before hiring any movers. we were trusting someone to move everything we owned. In the end, we decided to go with them because of a comparatively reasonable price and attention to detail during the estimating process.We had a really good experience. We moved from NY to North Carolina. The employees who handled the pickup as well as the movers who did the delivery were considerate, friendly and professional.For us, this has been a surprisingly unproblematic and stress-free experience. Everything was done as promised.

We didn't really want to use a professional moving company at first, but they laid everything out so simply for us that it was worth the extra money. having to do anything labor intensive sucks so it was worth a paycheck to get them to do it. they did everything well too which was good! anthony, the guy who ran the moving crew, was great. his helpers didn't seem like they were used to working long hours in the heat but they still got everything done correctly. definitely well worth it and would recommend this service.

We were pretty nervous at first because we had never moved with a professional moving company. about ten years ago i moved most of my stuff from my bachelor pad into my current home traveling over 200 miles and i broke so much stuff. i guess i didn't pack it properly for such a long journey and i was really upset. this time we decided to hire a mover so that wouldn't happen again. this company made sure all of our stuff was properly transported and nothing got broken. i would recommend them to anyone.

We lived on a military base and needed someone who could meet the requirement to get on base. my commanding officer had told me a lot of times moving companies get to the gets and they have felons or illegals working for them who cant get on base. that or they don't have Identification. we wanted to avoid that at all cost. in expressing these concerns to Larry he assured me that all of his employees would be fine to get on base and it wasn't their first rodeo. they got on just fine and got everything out on time. the delivery day took a lot longer than i expected. i was hoping it would take only a few hours to set back up but it ended up taking them 7 hours. my experience with them was overall amazing other than me missing a dinner i was supposed to go to with a friend.

Weird situation i had with these guys. so my girlfriend set the whole move up for what i thought was saturday. on friday morning i got a call at 8am saying the driver was thirty minutes away. i was confused to say the least. i asked the driver what was going on and he told me to call the office guy. so it turns out my girlfriend scheduled for friday and even confirmed on thursday that i would be ready friday. all of this was done unbeknownst to me. i literally wasn't even 75% done with packing. i had no choice but to send them away. luckily for me they were willing to come after a later pick up on saturday evening to get my stuff before the weekend was over. these guys went above an beyond. this was literally mine and my girlfriends fault but they were still understanding and didn't get angry. they were flexible and still made things happen. very professional.

we saw the billboard advertisement for moving pros and just decided to see what they were offering. its been our experience that a lot of these bigger name companies like moving pros charge too much. after doing our due diligence and speaking with several companies we felt moving pros was our best bet for a good value. the price was reasonable. what won my wife over was the service they provided from start to finish. definitely a very friendly feel whenever you call them. they keep it straight with you just like your sitting down having a beer together. things were always explained and then put in writing. cant argue with honest straight shooters and thats the type of folks moving pros are.

They are best moving company ever. They are very fair. I was totally blown by the experience. They performed full move in just 3 hours without any damage.

Yeah, wow. I'm still surprised that this move went as well as it did. I found Moving Pros Inc when I paid their website a visit. I contacted them and spoke to one of their reps over the phone. Really straightforward and I was able to receive a quote over the phone, which is just what I wanted. They promised they would keep the same quote, which they did. They showed up a few minutes early and packaged everything meticulously. Probably only took 10 hours total to move from Maryland to Pennsylvania. Good price for the amount of time it took. I would recommend this company with confidence!
