Dreadful service. They damaged a package in shipping and refuse to deliver it to me. They also won't provide proof that it is damaged. So I am now stuck in limbo trying to get the eBay shipper to replace it, but they won't without proof of damage. MRW online says it is still pending delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
You can probably read some more comments on it but be assured that this delivery company has a talent for hiring the most lazy and incompetent deliverymen out there. Twice I've had the misfortune of having packages delivered by them, and twice I've had a situation where the package isn't delivered because "the recipient wasn't home", even though I was home and nobody knocked nor called or anything. If you can avoid this company, BY ALL MEANS DO SO

Excellent shopping delivery service ordered online. In the case of purchases made through the El Corte Inglés website that arrived at São Miguel Island (Autonomous Region of the Azores - Portugal) on the exact day they informed me during the purchase, although the order was placed 12 days before Christmas.
A very frivolous company with a 24 hour guarantee. And I am waiting for over 72 hours. I also have zero contact with collection points and a hotline that does not respond. I do not recommend.

they leave a message on tracking "wrong address" a complete lie.
they dont respond to messages also, finally i took a chance and dialled the mrw office nearest to my location and they had the package, no other option but to go and collect it personally.

I was waiting for a delivery from MRW for a small package I had ordered from Amazon, it was supposed to be delivered between Monday and Wednesday. On Thursday I checked my Amazon site and according to it my order was already delivered?! I called MRW San Pedro and asked about it. The Cusomer "service" told me that they have tried to deliver my order twice (at 1pm) but I wasn't there. The fact is that A) they had my phone number, why not call? and B) I was in the address given from 9am to 5pm (my working hours). I asked when they will do the drop of again and the answer was "We won't" as I wasn't there when they were?! So, I did NOT get my order, the seller had HUGE costs for this and I had to go and buy my stuff from elsewhere. Ablsoutely incredible!
At 69 years of age I have never been so annoyed, Amazon package for Friday delivery MRW, nothing, contact Amazon, they call MRW and tell me Monday, Monday no delivery so contact Amazon in afternoon, Amazon calls MRW and informs me MRW will deliver later that day, no delivery, Tuesday no delivery, contact Amazon in afternoon, Amazon again calls MRW and tell me my package will arrive in one hour, two hours later no delivery, contact Amazon, they call MRW and tell me I can collect, I tell them I have no car but they can pay for Taxi, this was refused, MRW lied to Amazon so many times, Wednesday get text message from MRW saying parcel has not been collected and will be returned to sender, two minutes later a message from Amazon saying the parcel was out for delivery...it arrived at 11am...three and a half days waiting, being told so many lies...cannot believe this company could get any work at all...they are the most incompetent lying delivery company ever, and the depot to my home....11 kiloms...a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves..go to MRW website to complain but every time you try send it informs you of error and cannot send...never again will MRW deliver to my home.
I ordered an expensive item from Amazon and saw it was shipped with MRW. I was immediately worried as I know what a terrible company they are.
Unsurprisingly one week later I have been notified the package has been lost. I really hate this company, it must be the worst courier in existence. I went to their office to find out some information. The staff were clueless and packages were everywhere unsupervised.
I hope they go bankrupt.

This is the s***tiest courier ever. Amazon.es is using them despite 1-star ratings... They have junkies and alcholics who don't speak English. They claim they don't know central companies in Puerto Banus which have been at same premises for 20 years.
They lie, they say that they have contacted you and moved the delivery date (Lie), they claim that they have attempted delivery (lie) they do this to keep their stats looking good. avoid at all costs.
This is the worst delivery company in Europe. They scheduled a delivery for my package and I waited them at the door whole day. At 8pm they never showed up and changed the status to delivery postponed without notifying me in any way. Most of the people working for this company do not speak english and they are trying to ship internationally. I am sure your package might be lost somewhere in Nigeria if you try to send it to Algeria. I guess they need to be replaced.
Never again. If a company I ordered from uses them I will refuse the package. From this last order, first delivery attempt, I was expecting the package in 48 he, but 5 days after it was still in transit... You call customer service on the fifth day, 40 min on the phone, to be amazed by the response "it is still in transit" (I know how to read thanks!). Call the mailer, and MRW tells them that they lost the package. One day after I get a call from an MRW guy on a Saturday saying that he is downstairs to deliver the package. Van was not even branded MRW (and they did not deliver on Saturday!). Since I had already complained to the company, they shipped another package so on Monday I receive the same package again and a compensation gift. I refused the duplicated package as I was instructed to, and take the gift one. So since then I get harassed by the delivery guy to return the second package! I instruct them to deal with the mailer and he keeps calling me! All of this has been recorded and will be taken to the police if the calls don't cease. Never again.
called 3 times until somebody took the call- afterwards i tried to get an information how i can do a delivery to the UAE- it never came that far as nobody in the office spoke English : adio - DELIVERY SERVICE-crazy.
