I bought a MTel Sim months ago from a kiosk. I had been trying to set it up many (many) times, but the system would reject my data. It was a real hassle as I had to upload my passport and a selfie so many times, and after they rejected I had to call the customer service every time in order to request a new link for registration. So I gave up. I was told by the customer service (both by phone and emails) that I could request a refund, which I did but still after two months (and many email conversations where they would ask me for my bank account more than once), still haven't got my money back! Really not worth the hassle, you think you can save some money with their promising cheap fees but will end up losing your patience - and your money!

MTEL offers you attractive advertising conditions. However, when you want to sign up, it's impossible.
They change the offers even before they expire.
Not a serious company, I advise against it.
After telephoning the service, they told me, that's how it is, you can't register, the system has chosen, you may have to try again in a few days. Absolutely not a serious company...

Worst SIM card providers.
They barely speak or understand English.
They will indefinitely send the ID online verification which is the worst ever.
The card reader read wrongly
The Hologram test is a joke
The picture is the only step you cannot approved before sending for review.
After 6 tries I throw the SIM card in trash and just spend 3 hours, 5 calls 2 email and 15Euro with it in the trash.
To propose a manual alternative as sending the information separately in an email should be mandatory.

Worst telecomunication company in Switzerland!
Purchased a prepaid sim card from K Kiosk in Chur,Switzerland and the seller haven't been informed that without passport or EU ID (due the fact I am on vacation and have only local ID) you can't registered.
After that I have contacted the customer service of the company on 04th December in order to request a refund of the value of that sim card correspond as I couldn't registered and my request is still pending after 25 days.Poor customer service and not quality service in general avoid that company
