do Not order from here if you want your item to arrive

After ordering a bag for my sisters bday in plenty of time for it to arrive I got an email to say I had received my parcel, I hadn’t received it so I was obviously panicking. Got in contact any way I could with my bag and then had to fill out a form which was very inconvenient as had to go to my friends house to print the form, I then got told it could take up to 5 working days for this to be resolved. It has now been 5 working days and I’m still 200 quid and a bag down, the service has been rubbish and I’m being told there still isn’t any news on my bag or my money which I have asked to be refunded. This is the first and last time I will order from this website.

Bad service at the start but redeemed by the customer relations team.

So I order a a bag for my wife’s birthday on Tuesday thinking I have plenty of time, the parcel arrives on Friday ... great I thought ! Open the box to find a hoodie? They don’t even sell hoodies... it was a my protein hoodie... At first I was worried that that someone may have swapped the bag although the box was sealed but now found out that it’s from another shop that comes under the “Hut” group.
I call them and stress that I really need it for Monday so can I get one sent out immediately and I will send back the hoodie. I was told they need to receive the item back first before they can send out the bag.. after clearly explaining my disappointment they told me if I can print the label and email them the tracking number they will process the return stray away, done this and them on the Friday and was told your replacement should get sent out straight away as they are in stock. It’s now Wednesday and it’s still not been sent out, they received the hoodie back on Monday and after calling them Monday I get told it will get sent out sometime that day. I’ve just received an email telling me it’s still not processed and sent out? So it’s now over a week since buying the bag and not only do I not have it but it’s not even been sent out. They tell you what ever you want to hear over the phone...

UPDATE: Ok after receiving a response from this review I can confirm I have received the bag I had ordered. I had received pretty poor service from the start from the company but “Matt” from the customer relations team has been in contact and got the order sorted out and have offered some kind of goodwill gesture. I have changed my stars to reflect the service of Matt rather than the company, it’s frustrating as I know mistakes happen but it’s how the company deals with it is what counts, honestly without the support from writing this review I would never shop with this site again but I would give them another chance after Matt response.

TERRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT

TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDER #194987330. I wish I can go back in time and prevent myself from ever stumbling upon this website. I purchased a “fairfield watch in black leather/silver” and received the wrong watch. I quickly reached out to customer service and was attended by Izzy who assured me she was able to cover the charge to send the watch back which was $69. I requested to have the correct watch sent back to me and even asked to have a note put in to which the customer service representative told me they did. I received the wrong watch again and was told to provide an image of the postage quote. I told the representative the shipping has been covered before so I expected it to be done again, I mean after all, I didn’t ask to receive the wrong watch twice I even told them to make a note before sending it out to send out the right watch. I paid $40 for shipping this time and messaged MYBag a picture of the receipt and this time was attended by TEGHAN. Teghan told me they refuse to pay for shipping. Now I am short $40 because of this scam company who won’t reimburse me for their own fault.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Ordered Coach watch which received ok but didn’t work organised replacement so returned watch next day. Royal Mail confirmed via tracking parcel received 01/02. To date NOTHING have live messaged twice just to be told same but not going forward. Called today said will e-Mail warehouse. I’m so fed up having to chase and chase for any sort of response 🤬

Shocking service

Purchased a Vivenne Westwood necklace for a Christmas gift, clasp broke after wearing twice and contacted mybag.com for information on how to replace (20/01/20). Sent multiple images of the broken necklace on their request and was told that a “returns specialist” would “look into and advise on, and will be back in touch as soon as we have a response” (29/01/20).

Needless to say, as of today’s date (12/02/20), no such response has been provided. Extremely disappointing.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star where is the zero star!!

The worst company ever!!

Do NOT order from here unless you want to wait 4 months for a refund!! Such a joke, my returned item even went investigation as apparently it didnt turn up but it was signed for less then 23 hours from sending it back.... and then they tell you nothing which I'm having to chase them up to see what's happening only to repeat numerous times to different agents via the live chat for them to know nothing but will be raised to the higher department? So obviously didnt in the first place - terrible. And still waiting on my returned postage payment from 4 months ago....?? Trying to fob me off saying they have refunded, but yet I'm having to send MORE PROOF to show I havent got it.... is it just so they can avoid paying it?! More so making (me) the customer feel if this company is actually legit or not with the way you treat your customers!

Update: from 30th october 2019 when I sent the parcel back, and mentioning that I will leave a bad review they've decided to refund my return postage! Well, I'm still leaving a bad review as this has been so stressful from the start to the end.

My ADVICE to others and of course myself that want to order a nice bag - just dont from this silly of a company, please go with a reliable company you know like the actual designer brands website to order as you will definitely be looked after from ordering, updates, returning, excellent customer service etc that will be worth spending your money unlike mybag.com!

It's horrible!!

It's horrible!!! They sent me a wrong item, I've raise out a case and take lots of picture to prove it, but they keep denying it and there are no response according to my refund request.
Their customer service are rubbish, keep ignoring questions and deny, I will never use them again, they sucks.

I love my new Kate Spade double pouch…

I love my new Kate Spade double pouch bag - it is so practical and stylish too. I was delighted to get such a good price in the sale. I had updates about delivery which is always appreciated. The bad arrived in good condition despite the fact the box it came in was falling apart.
