Hi guys! The transfer was all good but there was one thing that wasn’t and we were 3 adults in total, we all had to sit on the back seat, which was not comfortable at all. And this due to the chauffeur having his personal belongs on the front seat.
In service perspective this wasn’t very pleasant but the trip was good and nothing else I could complain about.

The car can be have a little bit more space at the seats for handicapped people. The timing was OK.

Absolutely great. As soon as we got to Punta Cana airport outside our names were displayed on the board. I asked someone to get our driver for us. At that point staff member Charles came over. Asked to see our booking details. 2 mins later the driver came. A nice 8 seater for the 2 of us and a great 30 mins drive to the hotel. Charles kept in touch with me on what's app and ensured we had a great experience. He also made sure our return journey was organised and on time. We was lucky to have the same driver and car again and that was again a great experience

Service was great! We used My Transfers four times while staying in Greece. Our driver, Evans, was always on time, helpful & gave great suggestions
Failed to wait for us at Heathrow when 25 hour flight from Australia was delayed by 10 minutes. Bizarrely, we located the driver with my name on a notepad, but he told me the transfer was cancelled and refused to assist us in any way. We were left stranded. The company have lied to me about what happened and failed to issue a refund. Appalling, do not trust them!! Go elsewhere if you don't want to be abandoned and then ignored when you reasonably request a refund.
Excellent service with friendly drivers who put themselves out to make sure you get to destination even when your flight is three hours late
