Christi was great with the follow-up in making sure I renew my entity on time as I have a very busy schedule. She called me again today to remind me, so I asked her what the deadline was. When my email arrived in KJ's inbox, it was unreadable except for the email address of the sender (me). I greatly appreciate the support from NCH and Christi’s nonjudgmental guidance especially. 2023 was a very trying year so any help with reducing stressors, such as government compliance, is a huge help. It is great to have burdens lifted by NCH. I’m looking forward to a better 2024 and beyond.

My experience with KJ was so easy ! She explained all the questions I had in depth and to where I could understand the process.
