I gave this company 5 stars because their customer service was truly outstanding. We had a very difficult situation with a UPS delivery, as several documents were required to clear customs for the Lumineo machine we purchased from the UK.

Their support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly and provided all the necessary documentation we needed, making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.

Thanks to their efficiency and dedication, we were able to successfully receive our machine without further issues. I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service.

I wasn’t sure at first, but I’m honestly so glad I decided to try the Neo Elegance LED mask.
The mask is comfortable, easy to use, and fits well without feeling heavy or awkward.
I’ve noticed my skin looks brighter and calmer, especially after regular use. I haven’t had any irritation, which was important for me. It’s a nice addition to my routine and easy to keep up with.

I bought this mask because it is one of the few on the market with a green light option. The mask broke within three months. When I plugged in the connecting cord to the bottom of the mask, a little green piece just crumbled before my eyes and the lights no longer turned on.
I sent a video to the company and they agreed to replace it immediately.

Now third charger purchased for the led lighting - clearly a fault

Purchased a mask last year hadnt got round to using it untill now. Would not recommend it is extremley heavy and bulky. Not comfortable to wear it actaully hurts the weight of it and does not fit well it leaves terrible deep marks around the eye area and bridge of nose. All in all its just not practicle.

I recently purchased an LED mask called 'iglow' from Neo elegance, and I've been impressed with the whole experience. From the times i've I reached out with questions about the LED mask, their customer service team provided professional advice so i had all the info i needed to make my decision and use the product correctly.

The shipping process was very quick, and I received my order in 2 days! I appreciated how the product came heat-sealed, in a new golden box. The product is high-quality and has exceeded my expectations.

I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Answering all my questions on chat about the product i purchased. I wholeheartedly recommend Neo Elegance to anyone seeking a reliable source for quality products and outstanding service.

My partner purchased a £400 LED mask from here for me which after about a month wouldn’t charge, requested a refund which was denied and offered a replacement of a higher value. After a year of using this it’s not working as it originally was; it would flash 3 different colours to target certain skin issues. It now only flashes 2 colours. I would not recommend this company or its products to anybody. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!

Be very cautious when purchasing equipment from Neo Elegance. Although I have dealt with this company for many years, recently I have had problem after problem with my hydro machines.
I’m on my 3rd replacement and I repurchased one as it was out of warranty. Whilst I knew at the time the machine would be discontinued, I thought a brand new machine would last me more than 2 months.
The customer service department showed a lack of empathy, support & professionalism often taking days to get back to emails and not providing satisfactory solutions.

One extract from an email which particularly sticks out for me was when they expressed that it would have been easier if I had chosen to purchase elsewhere initially, implying that they were inconvenienced by replacing my machine.

“It would have been easier if you had decided to walk away last time and purchase elsewhere initially, however we replaced you with a new device again, so we're out another device.”

As someone who has previously had positive experiences with this company, I am deeply disappointed by the decline in product quality and customer service.

I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering purchasing equipment from Neo Elegance. I have learned my lesson and will be exploring alternative options for my hydro machine needs. It is crucial to prioritise reliable products and companies that value their customers and provide excellent support.

This review has not been left lightly, and only given after no solution following my complaint.

Recently my dermatologist suggested I use LED red and blue light on my face to help with age spots and pigmentation I had recently formed on my face.
I searched on the web and came across Neo Elegance LED mask called the Triwave. I decided to try this mask over many I had seen on the web. It was very affordable and I thought I will give LED a try. I received my order three days after ordering. The product looked amazing very nice product. I started using straight away after charging. I noticed a difference in how my skin looked and felt after three days. I started using it more regularly and I saw a lot of difference in appearance of age spots and the pigmentation. After four week I saw my dermatologist who agreed there was a lot of difference from the last time I saw him. I am very happy with the Triwave LED mask I have bought. I am using it regularly. I highly recommend this product to anyone with skin issues similar to mine.

Outstanding products and the Customer Service is exceptional.

I orginally ordered a product through Amazon, then I found some reviews else where so called Neo Elegance and asked them their advise on the product I’d just ordered. The young lady that took my original chat was brilliant she explained fully about the product I’d purchased and she asked me in length what I thought my skin needed and any issues. She recommended the lumipro, which comes in 2 different handsets. I bought the latest model. Slightly more expensive, but oh my god, I’m totally addicted. I’m 55 and to be honest lucky enough to have great skin, I’ve looked after my skin from an early age. I used it the first time, and when my husband got home he said “ darling you skin is so soft, your cheeks look like porcelain. I’m not exaggerating here ladies. I’ve used so many hand held products my best friend has her own Beaty clinic and 18 months ago I had a bit of Botox and fillers. NEVER AGAIN. The lumipro is £350, but the girl gave me a discount which she didnt have to do. I will be buying these Devices moving on and on. When you think you pay hundreds for Botox and fillers this device will be something that practically does the same with out putting that stuff in your face. You can have your very own mini salon at home with these salon style products and devices. I CAN SO RECOMMEND. IVE DONE THIS REVIEW JUST TO THANK THE COMPANY AND NOT FOR A REWARD.
