The customer service associate was empathetic and went well above and beyond in order to take care of my needs. If the quality of the Roman Shades I ordered are as good as the customer service, I will be recommending Neutral Curtains to everyone!

I love the curtains i got !!! Great Quality and very fast delivery

I’m not pleased with the 8 Roman shades I purchased. The quality of materials isn’t great- I like what I ordered from Lowe’s for our last house better. Ordering was somewhat confusing for Roman shades for French doors. I also paid for expedited shipping and some of my shades came in way later than expected. They did refund the expedited shipping fee but only after I complained. Two of my Roman shades are remote control with one remote and one side goes up/down way slower than the other side and both are a little crooked when up. Not a huge deal, but it’s bothersome nonetheless. I spent $1800 and their solution was a one time 20% store credit. That’s the most they’ll do to correct any issues, as they explained that nothing I complained about was their fault. Maybe curtains are better, but I would not order Roman shades from here again.

Bummer that one panel arrived damaged, but customer service sorted it out fast. The replacement came without any headache, really appreciate that.

The color was exactly what the swatch showed, beautifully made, easy to hang and arrived quickly. After this great experience I just ordered bamboo blinds for the primary bedroom. Can’t wait to receive my next order.

Easiest shades to install! We outfitted our entire lake house with Roman shades from Neutral! I recommend to everyone! Will try curtains for the bedroom next!!

Purchased three bamboo shades for daughter's new beach townhouse. Two were the up/down shades. Installation was easy and they are beautiful!. Unfortunately the one for the master bedroom was defective. My husband installed and when I went over to look at it there were imperfections in the bamboo. I came home and emailed Neutralcurtains immediately. Within hours (also this was during the holidays) I received email from Neutral Curtains stating they were replacing this one free of charge! This particular shade was motorized so was a bit more expensive! They asked me to review my measurements which I did and emailed back. Again within hours I received email with confirmation my new shade is being made. This is all without having to return the defective shade. Their customer service is beyond exceptional!

I am thrilled with our purchase! We bought 5 Roman shades with motorized controls. They arrived in 2 weeks from the date of purchase. The fabrics were perfect, exactly as depicted in the swatch books I previously purchased. Installation was easy. Setting up the remote and pairing the blinds was tricky and a little time consuming for a non-tech person like me but the instructions were clear and we went step by step. We absolutely love our blinds and will be purchasing for other rooms very soon.

I LOVE these shades. They added to the appearance of my living room and dining room without taking away the height of the windows. You can’t beat the price for custom window treatments and they’re stunning. I got Lily Linen Roman shades in Ivory White for 5 windows and put them all on one 6-channel remote. I am adding a 6th window shade to that when I order more and then I will be ordering motorized shades for the rest of my house from Neutral Curtains. I also ordered the WiFi hub and it was super easy to set up and control. Overall, GREAT purchase.

The materials and quality were as described! It was extremely helpful to get fabric swatches to set expectations on color and feel. They were really pleasant to work with. The international shipping was easy to follow and quicker than I had expected. This company is legit and worth the purchase. Great value and selection. I would buy from them again (and we plan to).

got the Lily linen curtains for my living room setup. fabric feels super soft and they hang perfect right out of the box. looks great.

Im seriously amazed how beautiful, and high quality the shades are. The shipping was so fast too. Highly highly recommend! Took a risk buying online but they definitely did not disappoint .

I went their address but actually there is no store there, ordered a sample want to give it a try. But it ships from China, I am not going to order curtain from them, if you drop shipping from China you should mark it on your website

Really love my curtains! I was a little skeptical after purchasing and waiting and seeing some not great reviews, but I followed the order suggestions for measuring and they are perfect! I got the relaxed Roman shades and they are just what I wanted!!

Although I’m happy with the construction of the shades, the color is WAY different from the swatch I ordered. The color Oatmeal is very much on the peachy side with the finished product. I realize there can be some slight color variation with Linen, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could post pics to show the drastic color variation. Think twice before you buy.

The product has a great look and is of sturdy material. Product is pricey but seems well worth the expense. I would definitely buy from them again.
