It took 2 calls, but both Luke and Niki were extremely helpful in solving the problem, educating me on what they did, and being over-the-top friendly. In each of my experiences calling Nexcess for tech support, I have found your team very quickly available by phone and very friendly and helpful ... and noticeably more so in all of these areas than most support centers. Nexcess has the absolute best customer support I have ever experienced. My website was fine in the staging area, but when we made it live, there were some issues of items not behaving properly as in the staging area. I called, support opened up a ticket and started working on it. Within 12 hours the problems were solved. I absolutely love this company and will always host my customer's wordpress websites here.

I've had a Liquidweb server for many years. I chose them for their outstanding support. When I started building a website for my Emeriti association, I wanted a completely separate account which would eventually be managed by others. The price was great and the Nexcess division of Liquidweb provides the same level of support with phone pickup generally less than a minute. For Wordpress sites, it's the best.

Recently, our email was getting rejected as spam. We sorted it out and determined that some bad actor(s) were spoofing our web-address and sending emails with malicious content. We needed our DKIM and SPF records set up. Called our rep at Nexcess and they got right on it. Their mitigation propagated globally and we're good again. :-)
Over the years, our experience with Nexcess has been very satisfactory. They've shown themselves to possess the requisite experience, knowledge and technical savvy to see that our e-commerce sites continue to function.

A bad plugin sent our site into a 505 internal error- We couldn't even get into the admin to remove the plugin - but it corrupted the site and deleted access to a bunch of files and settings, including themes/headers and footers. The Nexcess team (with their trusty NIGHTLY BACKUPS!) restored the site to the previous day and its been running perfectly ever since! They also helped eliminate unnecessary files that were taking up lots of space on our DB.

Nexcess seems to have fallen apart in recent months. The support is completely outsourced and often times unwilling and unable to provide any real assistance with their go to line of being "Work with your developer."
I have been a customer since 2017 and am working to move all of my sites off Nexcess, which has become a difficult task in itself.
