Stolen business name identity operating fake listing

My name not mr daniels they also hacked my email. I’m CEO owner co. Listed on Google. Nice local not only hijacked my business name my brand , but they made listing with this nice local site. Listing hours at 12am? Listing I sell clothes n shoes? Adding my private photo of myself stolen my private Facebook page, ? Yet I’m in wedding business . Female owned. Own start up. Took me years squire my business. Now this all came after I blocked scammers calls asking me pay money? Yet never mentioned this listing? I contacted my lawyers as we feel someone using my brand to do online sells? Also fake listing. Can someone tell me who else contact? They have stolen my identity .. I pay lot money on 21 sites be listed correctly. U can’t speak them or u will give more info that can help them do more damage. Can someone suggest any help. I called better business . Lawyer. Police. Google. Few others. I need all help I can get. Much appreciated. Thanks.

A fake review

A fake review. Ive recently received one from someone with a very poor grasp of English. Ive had no dealings with them and they dont even appear to know what my company does?

Fake poor reviews! Took my business info from somewhere and added a fake review. They wanted me to pay to update the listing (and I am sure for better reviews). Do not trust this website!

This "NICELOCAL" IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY HIJACKED MY WEBSITE INFO AND GAVE A FAKE 2 STAR REVIEW!!! I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE ANY OF MY BUSINESS INFORMATION OR WEBSITE INFORMATION. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! HOW DO I GET MY BUSINESS OFF THIS "NICELOCAL" WEBSITE?????

NICELOCAL SCAM

I think this company is a scam. I have tried to post a review of a another scam site that just takes people's money and never delivers the product. Nicelocal keeps rejecting my post but never says why. I have just posted the facts. But meanwhile they give this site a 3.5 rating, even though it has no reviews! I think the business just pays Nicelocal to post a high star rating and rejects all negative reviews.

I too have been set up by Nicelocal...

Like many other small business owners, I have been shocked to find an entire profile for my business on the Nicelocal platform with a fake customer rating and a very poor description. This is the first time I hear about this platform. They are using my images and information without my consent, which they scraped from my Google profile. Nicelocal's fraudulent activities need to be stopped.

Bogus site that have included my company and used my images without permission

I have not given this site permission to include my company and use my images and the review is bogus and the whole set up spam. I have emailed Nice local insisting they remove all my company details and have been ignored. I want my details removed from this site in the next 24 hours. I am a small business owner and do not want want to be associated with Nice Local.

Scammers

Scammers. Asked them to delete MY account that THEY created without my permission or consent. No reply. They steal your business details, manipulate and edit them - it shows my business receiving bad reviews when in fact I have 5 stars on my real business page, so they force you to sign up and pay to improve the review score. They need to be removed from Google.

Appalled to find my website on Nicelocal.com

Shocked and appalled to find my website, photos and details on this site. The description is incorrect, completely flawed and looks like it's written by a bot. I have emailed them to ask for my details to be removed by emailing them at 'content at nicelocal.com'

After a quick Google, I have found that 'Without a creator's direct and express permission to use a photo (or any other creative work), the creator is the only person who can use a photo in any manner.' and 'You cannot download or use images from Google without seeking permission from the copyright holder'

I wrote to the email address above and asked them to remove my site and details. They have responded to say they have but will take 2 to 3 weeks to be removed fully. Time will tell

Its a fraud company please be careful .

Why my business is on your website…

Why my business is on your website without my consent? My reviews are 4.8 and on your website is 3.7 and that can affect my business.
I emailed 3 times and no response, I need an answer ASAP before I hand over everything to my lawyer for false information regarding my business and make you compensate me for any money loss due to giving out false information.

I like Nicelocal as a recommendation…

I like Nicelocal as a recommendation service. My brother has his own car business, and his page on Nicelocal helps to promote the company really well. People often come to him and say that they chose him after reading the reviews on Nicelocal. You can always find something useful on there, I often read the reviews myself if I want to go somewhere. And I find almost everything I need on this resource.

Disgraceful unethical company

Another appalling company! No consultation, just put up reviews and content of their own accord and make up their own ratings - bad ones! Disgraceful!

This is a scam

This is a scam, we never authorized Nicelocal to share our business info. They give your business bad reviews on their website, and they know the average note will show on google when a potential customer research your business on google. When you ask nicelocal to remove your business from their platform, they ask for proof of ID (Passport, ID, etc.) and money. Please report to google like I did so they don't show on google.

SCAM

SCAM! My business is listed without my input or permission with anonymous low score fake reviews, have to sign up/in to view/query. Many people/businesses with the same problem it seems.

*Edit* Nicelocal have replied to this review, see below, asking me to email, their website states to provide ID, passport or driving licence to remove my info, don't think so! REMOVE MY DETAILS, I don't need to prove who I am! SCAMMERS!

Using my business name without…

Using my business name without permission. Review rating is low despite there being no Google Reviews at all of the business or any review published at all i.e. no permissions and promoting their own site with fake information. Presumably to force legitimate business owners to pay them a ransom to remove the FAKE information. FRAUDSTERS

GDPR BREACH! AVOID!!!!

Signed up, was then sent my login in details in the same email and the password that I GAVE THEM!!!

That password could be used anywhere else for any other accounts and is now floating around the web!

Unreal move from a totally useless website.

Further to this, there is no way to complete delete your account and data from the site, surely there's a breach of GDPR there!

I will be pursuing legal counsel.
