Awesome 😎 Job SHE was the best. Helped my wife and I,and did not give up on us ,we seen many Houses 🏠 But it wasn’t what we expected when seen in person.long story short we just Found our House 🏡 and moving in in a couple of Days Thanx HUGE

Duane Page, my agent who was suggested by Nobul was fantastic! He had experience and knowledge, went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in the right amount of time and he fully explained the selling/purchase process. I had very little to do as he took care of everything. When my lawyer was unavailable Duane suggested another lawyer who was also outstanding. Everything has been completed according to schedule and it couldn’t have been easier!

My first live connect with Nobul resulted in a pending contract with a buyer who is out of state. Parents are here and accompanied on showings. So far, it has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more.

Extremely disorganized, unaware of how taxes and real estate closes work in my province.
Sent my payment in on the close and a month and a half later I got an email from their auditors and wanting me to confirm my outstanding balance. These are all facts and can be verified.

Nobul is great for the internet generation who don't want to call around to different real estate companies looking for an agent, or trust a face off a bus stop ad. They provide a selection of realtors and their offers and you pick one, easy. Their support staff is pretty good too if you need them for anything.

The Team at Nobul are incredible! Lianet in particular reaches out to me consistently. He professionalism is top notch! When you are a Realtor in an insanely busy market concise communication is key. Nobul knocks it out of the park!

I've worked with Nobul for the past two years and love their team. I've gotten Buyer and Seller leads from them and it's always been a pleasant experience! I highly recommend their platform.

Nobul has been an excellent source for lease. Their highly functional platform makes it easy to work with. Technology like this is the future of real estate!

I do like the program but it seems very unorganized. After over a month of “waiting” for some sort of discount that was not properly documented. I called my realtor asking for the commission discount. His reply was I have already paid Nobul. So in turn k said oh ok I guess I need to contact them. I do contact them to find out the realtor was supposed to cut me the cheque.

So having to call him back he had no idea. Super awkward. Then I received not the correct amount that was told to me by Nobul.

Oh well. We really liked our realtor but Nobul you should get a better process.

Don Gibbons in Newfoundland,actually led me to find my house. While Lou Louvakis in Ontario,led me to believe I would be receiving over $10,000 after the sale of my house in Ontario. Which turned out to be only $565.00 . A far cry from $10,000. Needles to say, I was impressed with Don, and let down by Lou. My plans for a new Quad was gone🤬😢…but I thank you for leading me to Mr. Don Gibbons,a truly wonderful guy 👍.

Best service ever, anywhere. Our Agent was knowledgeable, intelligent and informed. He listened and hit the target with his first recommendation. Would recommend Nobul to anyone, everyone.

Love this app! I was a little hesitant at first but when Cathy contacted me she was very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions i had. She's there for any questions you might have threw the whole process . The app is easy to use and i highly recommend it. Weather your buying or selling they got your back. I found the most amazing realtor threw this app that sold my home and bought another as we were downsizing. So give it a try you will be happy that you did. As for the cash back incentive is a bonus. I have not received anything yet as i have a few more weeks before my possession date. I will let you know how that goes later when i move into my new home.
