Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam, just look at the reviews. A highly rated product (brushless drill) was ordered for around £90 and what came was not the drill ordered and instead some very cheap feeling Chinese crap named 'TN1 Drill'. Cancelled as soon as ordered as the receipt highlighted this was a scam and they said that the only way to return was send to China.
Misled by fake review
I was taken in by a fake/misleading review site which top-rated the Nordzens product. I received an unbranded chinese product. Commissioning third parties to create fake or misleading reviews is strictly illegal in the UK.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company, even the link on the Trustpilot page doesn't go anywhere. No website, no email address ( that works ) I have reported them to the NCSC in the UK along with Besttech, the site that promoted it. BTW its still advertised on Amazon.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware: no returns possible with this company. I asked for a return address on multiple occasions and they refused. Cheap Chinese product and not Icelandic, German or UK.
Scam site.
Don’t try and return a product
I’m sure if you want to keep the item ordered then it works better. but when the product arrived we realised it wasn’t suitable, trying to return the product and get a refund is impossible, there is a well established process to then fob you off / scam you out of your money. i can’t recommend this company
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Bought a cordless electric drill, received inferior quality drill, scratched, drill bits chewed up, carry case dented, drill itself not like the website image.
Have emailed numerous times to return the item and they won't give the return address to do so.
Seems to be only one person replying in "customer services" but they won't accept a return even with photos of damage etc..
Scam product
Unbranded product, flimsy packaging and sold under the name Nordzens UK. I ordered hair clippers. £89 - a fool😱. They appeared in a top10 rating, obviously paid rating. When I realised ( from delivery time, that they were coming from China, I immediately contacted them to cancel. Too late they said. Already shipped though communication to me said awaiting processing. I opened the box on arrival but not the contents. Inferior product and I contacted customer service. Offered me 5% compensation 🙈, then 10 then 15%. To return, I was liable for shipping to Hong Kong then all taxes etc etc. in the end, had to accept the 15% compensation, for me being an idiot! On Nordzens.com states that it’s a German company. Then states , do not use as return address. Total scam.
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! They write fake articles making you believe their products are recommended and then sell unbranded cheap products that don’t work. Customer service is awful and they won’t provide a refund either, plus they want you to ship back to Hong Kong at your own expense, So avoid at all costs!
Scam company
I was tired of researching breast pumps in the middle of the night and came across a review on “bestechtest.com” which named this as no.1 and also mentioned multiple times that the product is from an Icelandic brand, “crafted in Iceland” and focused on quality etc.
Therefore surprised when the product arrived with zero branding whatsoever, just generic packaging and a company address in Dongguan, Guangdong, China - a city well known for factories and production of random electrical items and the type of not so great quality products you expect to buy on maybe Amazon and EBay but certainly AliExpress or Taobao. You do not expect to pay the same price for a generic Chinese product with no branding as you would pay for a regular well-known branded product, which is unfortunately what has happened to me. I have paid £139 for a “nordzens” breast pump, but have received a generic Chinese product with no branding. I now realise that the reviews website bestechtest.com is part of the scam - its homepage is full of random copy about bus rental services and it is a basic Wordpress website. I also note other reviews here saying the company was supposed to be based in UK and other countries, so I imagine they’ve been misled in a similar way for reviews for other “Nordzens” products. On looking at the Nordzens website with fresh eyes I now it is also a basic cheaply made website selling different electrical products, I expect they are publishing similar reviews for all different products types with “nordzens” as no.1 on unlinked pages of bestechtest.com or other similar fake and misleading reviews blogs. I contacted customer service and they’ve given some ridiculous reply about wanting to focus on quality over packaging but it’s obviously nonsense - no genuine brand would send out such an obvious generic low-grade Chinese product with zero mention of the brand on the packaging, what a joke. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of, there were just so many genuine breast pump companies out there in the reviews from different brands that in my sleep deprived state as a new mum tired of comparing pump after pump I failed to spot that this company and the review I came across it from, doesn’t look trustworthy, and ended up buying a cheap unbranded product for the same price I might pay for a well known brand like Lanisoh, that I could have ordered myself on AliExpress. The product might work fine (I haven’t even opened it), but there’s no doubt that I’ve been scammed.
Scam company
Scam company. Ordered a window cleaner back in November. Parcel was supposed to be delivered by Yodel. They never tried delivery a single time. For 3 weeks I have been contacting Yodel regarding the parcel and they just told me they don't know where the parcel was and they were conducting an internal investigation. Finally I got a message from them saying the parcel was returned to sender and that I should contact Nordzens. And now Nordzens say I have to pay 30GBP shipping fee if I want it again!!
TOTAL SCAM
Had I had the option I would have rated them zero. Ordered a shave and extra blades costing £103 back in November. Delivery firm Nordzen used stated on December 4th they’d had an address issue and had returned my order to Nordzens,, next day emailed to say it had been delivered and handed to the customer. Contacted Nordzens who stated delivery firm still had my item and I was to contact local post offices. Following numerous phone calls I again contacted Nordzens who stated I should have rang the delivery firm directly. I did this and was informed the order had been returned and Nordzens now state I’ll get a refund after they receive it and it’ll have £30 deducted for the shipping costs, I won’t hold my breath that I’ll ever see any of my money back. Appalling customer service support and suffice to say that I will never ever order anything from this company again and may I suggest anyone reading this gives this so called company a very wide berth.
SCAM COMPANY BE WARNED
Total and utter scam
They claim to be uk based. Product didn’t get sent and after 8 days I had heard nothing. So I tried to cancel and they said it was shipped and couldn’t process the refund.
They have me a tracking number that was a website screen of nothing but this number so clearly not showing me any information.
They said it was international tracking despite claiming to be British. I raised it as a fraud scam on my credit card and got my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM !!!
This company is a scam
As with many other reviews, I became suspicious when the product was shipped from China. It is a complete rip off and the whole company is a scam. The shaver arrived with no brand name and is evidently cheap Chinese tat.
Be carefull!!!
The whole company is a scam. They sell cheap Chinese products.
I am unsure that they are based in Germany.
I never had such a bad experiences with any company in my life.
Its impossible to return the product. I bough the garment steamer. When I opened the parcel I realised how full I was. The quality of a product is dreadful.
They will ask to return to Hong Kong. I only can
imagine how much it will cost including shipping cost and import taxes.
Absolute joke
Absolute joke. Overpriced Temu style products only from this lot. Stay well clear if you don’t want to waste your hard earned cash, like me.
The Electric razor I purchased from them is the poorest quality I have ever seen. They will refuse your return request so forget about your money if you already purchased something from them.
Also stay alert as they use fishing scam methods to be placed as the number one choice in various articles if you google best electric razor. It’s all a lie. I’m honestly surprised that they are allowed to sell this rubbish in the UK.
Stay well clear as they won’t be here for very long before they close the bazar.
No to Nordzens shaver
Nordzens shaver reviews I had previously read were very positive , but on purchas of item found it to be a poor Chinese rip off product. Sorry I think I was scammed, so be warned.
Initial Thoughts…
My rating is on communication with regard to the instruction manual which I think is poor and my first query with regard to operation. The build quality I do not think the build quality is robust enough for underwater and indeed scuba diving. When I opened the box I was surprised to find a somewhat flimsy plastic/rubber housing. Even more surprised now to find it is available on Temu as the review I read said it was only available via the manufacturers and it was made in Finland. We will see but I have a feeling that Hero 4 and my Wolfang 420 will easily outperform this camera especially on build and manufacturers support.
Nordzens Fake. This company is a front for Temu and…
This company is a front for Temu and Ali express who sell the same product for a fraction of the price. I bought a gimbal from then and they sent me a cheap imitation. Wanted to return within 14 days and you guessed it. . No response.
Do yourself a favour and avoid.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS
I ordered an action camera from these people after seeing a review web site saying this was the best action camera on the market but they sell out fast. Total scam. I ordered it but within a few hours changed my mind and emailed them to cancel the order. They told me it had already shipped which I didn't believe.
I was told to wait until it was delivered then return it. I've done that but now they are refusing to provide me with a return address. They're saying I have to pay for the postage to Hong Kong (OK, I accept that) and I'm liable for customs charges and import taxes, plus a 15% handling fee. This is not mentioned on their returns information on their web site, they're clearly just trying to put me off returning the product for a refund.
Oh yes, and the camera is such poor build quality. I'd keep it if it was half decent, but it's a terrible product.
Here's the email they're now repeatedly just copying and pasting in reply to my requests for a refund:
Dear Customer:
If there is a quality issue, please provide video evidence showing the problem. If you wish to return the item and receive a refund due to personal dissatisfaction, please note the following:
1. Order cancellations not due to quality issues will incur a 15% handling fee, and we will not provide return labels.
2. Our return address differs from the address on the package. We only accept the return address we provide. If you return the package to a different address, we will be unable to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return items without our consent.
3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong and will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and import taxes.
4. We recommend declaring the lowest possible customs value to avoid high taxes. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and will be deducted from your refund.
5. We are not responsible if the package is lost in transit or returned for other reasons (such as customs detention).
Returning items is indeed troublesome and detrimental to both parties. We can offer you a 15% order compensation in the hope that you will keep the product and not request a return.
Sincerely,
Nola
