The waistband is fine, but they are total thieves! It took a month to arrive after ordering it in February, and then they debited $565 for a "subscription" the day after it arrived. Subscription to what?! I ordered a red-light therapy band, what can you even subscribe to for a product like that? Insanity. I'm working through my bank to retrieve the money, but it's been a month since they stole it and what a joke.

They literally take money from you charged me 409 for two creams and the other stuff that I did not get I’ve tried to hit them and nothing I did a fraud department with my bank because what this is crazy do not get I’m telling you they use your card without your knowledge!!

You just charged me for an order that I never placed! An order for $409.84…
I’ve emailed every contact info link I could find, and keep getting “undeliverable”
responses back!!

I would give zero stars if possible. Their products don’t work and the website has been setup purely to rip off customers with scam subscription fees that you don’t realise you’ve signed up for. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

under NO circumstance would I recommend your company you took $414.96 from my account on some bogus subscription and advised over 10 weeks ago you would refund the money 'which OF course you have not! and you continue not to reply to my endless amounts of messages sent to you with regards to the refund

Do not order from this website it’s fraud. I ordered an item and I never received it and it never got shipped out and it also added A $9.99 charge for expedited shipping and I didn’t even receive my item. It’s been over two weeks now and I don’t think I’m going to be receiving my item so I had to file a dispute with my bank to let them know this website is fraud. Please don’t get scammed like I did I have contacted them every single day since April 14 and nobody has gotten back to me. The email that they have on file doesn’t even work. There’s no way to even get in touch with this website. It’s complete fraud.

Unauthorized charge of $399 that was withdrawn from my account several weeks after I received an infrared band purchased from this company. This charge was made without my knowledge or consent.

After contacting your company, I received a response from an individual identifying himself as Peter, who acknowledged that the charge resulted from an error on their end. Despite this admission, I have yet to receive a refund, and all subsequent attempts to follow up have been ignored.

This matter is extremely serious. The unauthorized withdrawal of funds, combined with the failure to promptly resolve the issue after acknowledging fault, reflects a concerning lack of accountability and professionalism.

This is a very serious matter that hasn’t been resolved. I have no choice but to escalate the issue through all available channels, including filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursuing further action as necessary.

I expect everyone to pursue this to the fullest extent

additional charge for an order that I didn't schedule at all, supposedly some subscription that was not mentioned before the order... after a complaint they replied that they would refund the money within 14 days... a month has passed since then, and there is no refund

This company is a scam a damn joke took $400 from my account I had the bank stop the card but they couldn’t track it back contacted them automated message yes you will recieve a refund did I!? NO
even said don’t contact the bank will slow down the refunds NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!
Lesson learnt!

So my experience is that the product is legit, but the fine print of the subscription is looped around the "free gift" badge in a way intended for most people to overlook.

You don't even receive the "free gift" until After the $500 debit in 28 days, "to avoid abuse of the free gift program", according to their reps. (My guess is that they're sociopaths)

Both of these things are flat illegal in Australia, by the way.

I have had results from the waist band!
Unfortunately the 850nm frequency has died. They haven't responded to inquiries to fix it, and I see now that the "lifetime warranty" I purchased probably isn't worth the international postage, and nor is their 60 day guarantee.

600nm is still working, so we'll see how that goes.

Competitors with decent prices and better reviews are "ApeBorn" & "Nuva", but also consider whether you want an LED mat, or blanket!
I've read that you need 3000nm frequency if fat loss is your goal.

The red light belt itself works well.
But don't expect to actually get the 2 freebies it shows in the ad.
After sales service is non existent when questioning it.

Once I placed the order with NuraBeam, I saw that a 'subscription' product was ADDED by the site and IMMEDIATELY canceled the order via emails to every source available and Messenger. The charge was instantly processed and for MONTHS I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have NEVER received a response. This 'NuraBeam' company is a FRAUD and a SCAM and the site is their 'grab and run' tool.

I am unable to give zero stars. This company is an absolute con! You are subscribed without realising and then they charge you an extortionate amount every month for cream - which I never received.
I have tried every which way to make contact and my messages are not even acknowledged.

Be careful when you purchase from this company. You will receive a bill for $399 because the small print says you’re subscribing to something. I’ve spent a month and a half trying to get my money back to no avail. do not buy from this company.

It is now the end of May and I am still waiting for a refund I’ve been promised but still not received. $399 is a lot of money to lose. I will continue to fight for my refund.

They said they had sent me 2 creams which I didn’t want! I told them I didn’t want them and they said they would cancel and give me a refund of £799.92!!! Never received the creams or the money back! Absolute scam of a company!

I have tried to return their product under their return policy. I filled in their online form. No response. I have sent them 4 emails. No response.

Terrible customer service, tried to return product and given the total run around. Do not buy from them.
