I was nearing the amount needed to cash out and they said i have violated terms which i have not. I only have one account and have always only had one account. This is a con. Get close to getting your voucher and they tell you, you violated terms and suspend your account indefinitely. Really disgusted. It took me half a year of surveys to get to £24.50. I only needed a few more point to cash out and get a voucher.
worse site and worse company to do surveys. when it was critical mix it was a legit surveys site not its a bogus front for dynata. even on survey police it was down graded. been a member for over eight years and just booted with only a few dollars to reach incentive. made so much from this site that i had to fill out a tax form each year. so glad there are other sites that are more legit
At first I loved this site. I was able to help companies with surveys and at the same time make some money. In about 2 months I have cashed out twice (25,000 points x2). I am currently at 24,000 points, just about to cash out again. However, yesterday I stopped receiving surveys. I asked the "bot" and it says my account is paused - but no reason as to why.
I am not a fan of automated bots when it comes to customer service. I am disappointed in their failure to explain themselves.
They locked me out of my account and are late to give me a real response. I will update and am willing to retract this if it is proven to be a mistake but i have contacted them twice, TWICE!! and both times they were slow and repeated the same generic response to the point i knew i wasn't talking to anybody and they were just copying and pasting their response to shut me up! If i get a legit answer from them from a acutal HUMAN BEING then i will update until then they will get this rating and if there was a 0 rating i would have given them that!
Used to be a great site, I have been a member since 2008 with no issues. Was waiting to get 75,000 points to redeem for paypal cash. Once I got them I tried to redeem but Got the same response as other Dynata sites that my account is flagged and I am suspended indefinitely. I have never done anything to cause this, I live alone son impossible to have more than 1 account, I too was asked about a VPN. At this stage all I want is the $75.00 I work hard to earn
In the past week I've been screwed by these people out of 4640 points, their pages go to a certain point and then will not advance.. Screw this site.
I would not recommend this site. I redeemed a $25 amazon e-gift card on June 30th, after 4 days i contacted them and let them know I hadn't recieved it. They refunded the points and now my account is frozen. They have asked me if I was using a VPN or anything like that which I haven't been. no other communication has been had. I have sent SEVERAL emails with no response. They currently dont have phone support at this time either. Their customer service is none existant and if I EVER get my money, I will be closing my account.
Not so good experience with oneopinion. The minimum wage is $7.25 per hour, and taking surveys with Oneopinion I only made approximately $0.50 per hour. Isn't this a joke? Big joke! On top of it, they ask for a lot of personal information thorough each survey. Not worthy of my precious and valuable time.

One star is too high! Wait till have plenty of points, incentives to redeem, they will just automatically will reply: something went wrong... You can contact them as many times as you want, they won't reply, but they will delete your membership. Disgusting scam!
It is fairly easy to get your points to cash out. It takes 25,000 points to get a gift card or PayPal payment. It takes me less than a month to do this. Within 3 days the money is in my PayPal account! Love this site!
I'm sorry to say after being on this site for a couple years I've now had a serious problem with them I managed to get my 1 couple payments no problems but after cashing out for my last payment I was never sent the payment email dispite contacting them through their website they have still not paid me but apparently my case has been closed even though I've had no email from them or an explanation tell me why I haven't been paid and the biggest problem is you can't actually talk to a human it's an automated system you cannot talk to anyone about the issue so I'm sorry say don't waste your time on this site
The potential for this site is very high but unfortunately it falls very short of the promises they have. I have completed numerous surveys only to reach the end and not receive my promised "credits" I will spend 30/45 min completing a 500 credit survey and get to the end to find out " I did not qualify" and only receive 50 credits.
I was a member for a very long time. probably 2013. They were the best survey website and the best for an opportunity to earn money. Originally it was MyView.com. Nine months ago they slid downhill. Very unfair with the treatment of members.This quality problem happens when attorneys run the sites and not businessmen. They've shown very poor judgement. They aren't trustworthy and are a risk to live up to their end of the bargin. Just more people that give the internet a questionable reputation. Number of surveys has declined.
Apparently One Opinion likes to run their site with a set of ridiculous rules and regulations that only they and not the survey takers are allowed to be privy to, they make millions of dollars from large corporations to collect our thoughts and feelings about certain brands and services. Survey takers spend weeks, months to earn pennies on the dollar. When they disrupt or suspend your account there is no explanation, no chance to question their decision. I find that unfair and completely disrespectful on many levels. I look forward to visiting their Connecticut headquarters in July while visiting Massachusetts just to give myself the chance at a face to face confrontation. It seems One opinion decided to open my account again. Unfortunately this does not make up for the potential earnings I would have accumulated in the last 3 months. I expect compensation for the unfairness either by account or a check handed to me in person.

It looks as though this site is coming to an end - no surveys for 7 weeks
So, my last review of one opinion was concerning finding that my account has been suspended and apparently I couldn’t redeem my points. However a few days after I got an email saying this and my appropriate reply to them I got a further email saying that I would be getting a payment for the points I had in my account, which I got today for £36.
What more can I say, am happy
On Nov 2019 I stopped receiving surveys & could not get on touch with them. Now yesterday March 12 I received a survey that show I have over 50,000 points. I tried redeeming these points & got the security code but when I entered it I got a message saying technical problems try again later. I tried again & received the same message. Is oneopinion still giving out surveys & if not why are they sending emails again
