If you need support, best email the team.
I had an issue with webmail functionality. When I went to the help section, clicking on the phone icon didn’t do anything and I raised a ticket but got no acknowledgement. A couple of days later I emailed using the support@ address. This was successful in eliciting a response and provided the information needed to resolve the problem.
Hopelessly lost... But wait!
When you have so little experience and you get help from someone so knowledgeable, it is refreshing to hear layman vocabulary from them. The help I received was extremely valuable to me. Oh thank you GOD of URLs. Things will now evolve as they should.

Problem fixed and fast.
Had problems with my business email not sending emails but receiving okay. Got on live chat and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. Great work.

Consistently great
Both times I have needed assistance, I have had the best support. As I don't know much about anything relating to websites, this has been quite challenging, and the support team has been nothing but fantastic!
