Only Natural Pet automatically put you on auto-ship, something I didn’t know when I ordered. I normally buy a 12.5 lb bag of food. That size was out of stock from the manufacturer so I bought a 4 lb bag from here. A little over 3 weeks later I got an email saying my order was filled. I called within 2 hours of receiving that email to say I didn’t want it, please cancel. I was told it was too late even though it hadn’t left the building. I was told I would get a return label for the order. It took a second call to actually get that label. I sent back the order. I have now found that they charged me $6 shipping that was not refunded, even though I canceled BEFORE it was shipped.

DO NOT sign up for auto-ship!

DO NOT sign up for auto-ship!! There is NO WAY to cancel!!! You can change the product, change the date, change the frequency, but what you CANNOT do, is cancel. Dog dies? Ohh well, here's another bag of food. Don’t need it anymore? Too bad, you signed up for auto ship 12 years ago, were going to keep sending it until you die, then your heirs will get it, because YOU CAN'T CANCEL OUR AUTO SHIP!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They don’t know questipns about the products they’re selling, they don’t accept returns on closed packages. They don’t reason with you. Is not my first time dealing with them. They have sent replacements of products i needed for my dog with things i would never use

Really really terrible customer service…

Really really terrible customer service and a real lack of a system that respects consumer rights. Two great issues: 1) My order never came. It was time sensitive. I listed it when ordering. Just kept receiving automated messages and no real customer service. 2) Bombarded by ONLY NATURAL PET emails, I must have "unsubscribed" at least half a dozen times. Still being bombarded. Total lack of respect for consumers rights and real customer service. Seems there is no "human" behind this mass production machine.

Always out of stock

I’ve placed two orders at different times and they both got canceled by the company. Due to items being out of stocks. So frustrating and very annoyed with their customer service. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Infested with beetles in every bag

This dog food was great for a couple of years. Now every bag has hundreds of beetles and larvae. There’s pacing in the dried kibble. They expect my dog to just eat these larvae and beetles. It’s truly unacceptable for a premium dog food company that is close to $100 a bag. They take no ownership and won’t respond to the disgusting videos and photos sent. Due to this poor customer service is why I want to warn people about this brand and their dog food.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered dog food and did a subscription several months ago. Now my dog doesnt like that particular brand so we changed the brand. They sent me the item without sending a reminder email that it will be shipped. Once I got the food I called and requested to return the same. They DONOT provide return label and the customer service person was rude and not helpful. They want me to pay for shipping back. They should have sent a reminder email confirming that the product is being shipped so I had an option to cancel at that time since things change. I would have ordered the different brand that my dog likes. But unfortunately they have lost a customer and worst of all it seems that they dont even care. Be careful ordering from this company.

Shady billing practices

Signed up for an autoship but the reminder emails went to my spam folder. Tried to cancel an order about 4 hours after it had been placed and my card charged and they claimed they couldn't do a refund because the order had already been pulled and given a label. But I have to wait for FedEx to come pick the package up then return it to them before my refund is released. This makes absolutely no sense and means they are charging people as soon as orders are placed instead of when they are shipped as most companies do. I am wondering if they even plan on issuing any refund at all at this point.

Terrible company, mediocre food

Terrible company, and fyi my dogs preferred the grain free I had been getting at Walmart, and snubbed most of what I bought here(alot). Impossible to find way through site to order, all nonsensical NOT user friendly. So hard I called to have help with the order. Made order and it was wrong. Got what I had explicitly said I did not want, asked it be removed and I thought that was all set. Nope. I set reorder for 12 weeks but in 3 weeks I got another hug order, random items chosen(crazy at this point). Left vm messages, emails, but never got a call back or anything refunded. After a few more weeks I finally got them on the phone, was refund for what was missing, and was told they agreed and CANCELED my subscription. (I hope it was, fingers crossed!)

Sham company

They ship by post office and post office will not deliver it. I've contacted this company NUMEROUS times and get nonsensical responses from their customer "service" which is not service by any stretch of the imagination. They will not give me a requested refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

natural flea and tick collars break easily

We have been using the lemon scented natural tick and flea collar for our dog. 2 times it has snapped in two making it useless. We bought several off these in advance so we would have them on hand. The first time one broke they sent a free replacement. Now when we put another on it snapped like a twig the next day. It was in a sealed package and had an expiration date of June 2025. Now they will not honor their failed product by sending a replacement saying their "system" will not allow them to replace an item bought in Oct 2023.

All natural flea and tick shampoo

I purchased a bottle of the flea and tick shampoo because my one dog has allergies. I had bathed all three of them on a Tuesday made sure to lather them really good and by Friday morning it was like they never got a flea bath.
So very disappointing with this product
I wrote a email to the company and now I’m waiting to see if they respond back

I wish I had looked at the reviews…

I wish I had looked at the reviews about auto shipping and custom service before I ordered from them. Horrible experience with the custom service after receiving my supposed to be 1 year subscription within 3 months from the initial order. I required manage to contact me back since the only thing the representative can do is setup a return but I have to pay the shipping cost by myself to ship the order back. It is 6 bags of dog food weight over 150lb. They shipped it out on Saturday, but custom service don't work on weekend, so there was no way to stop the shipping before it is too late. So, why should I pay for error in the auto shipping system!!!!!!! Anyway, after two weeks, no follow up replies from this company at all. I guess they really don't care about their reputation. Cancelled the subscription, hope they don't ship anything in the future. At this point, I don't expect things get solved. Plan to post this review to other platforms.

Huge Rip-Off Company, Nothing They Do Is Genuine Or Customer-Oriented

I could have gotten cheapest USPS shipping for free, but I paid $36 for "2day fedex" delivery due to disabilities & needing FRONT DOOR delivery, not parcel lockers at the top of the hill. They took my $36 but shipped the cheapest USPS Ground Advantage, so it was dumped inside a parcel locker where it waited 2 days for someone to get it for me. They don't respond to email complaints. Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their spam emails (a link required by US law) and you end up on a page where you can sign up for MORE spam, but nothing there to get spam to stop. Biggest rip-off I've seen online in a very long time.

Watch out for wood pieces

I am super upset with this company.
I have been buying the Senior Mobility CBD chews for my senior dog for a very long time.
A month ago or so, I found a wood piece. Reached out, had horrible customer service, wrote a review on BBB, finally got a response that was helpful.
Got 2 more containers since on their actual website. Opened the first one, I checked today and long behold, another wood chip.

Why am I finding WOOD in my dogs supplement chews? I feel like they don't care, they are NOT apologetic, and they're not friendly! I'm so pissed. Just if you buy ANYYYYthing from here, LOOK OUT FOR WOOD!

Too many problems with the website

Too many problems with the website, and customer service is rude. I placed an order. Then I wanted to double check and make sure I didn't have it on autoship. Their website said I didn't have an account with them. Sure enough, the items autoshipped at an outrageous price. Again I tried to login and their website said I didn't have an account. When I contacted customer service, they told me I do have an account with them. The next email I got was a "welcome" email for my new account. It was too late though. The autoship was already sent to an old address and I was charged for it.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE!!!

Placed an order for my Zelda's birthday at 300.00.She likes venison so I bought the only natural pet jerky treats.Very small bags so I bought eleven total.Well they are brick hard not a nice chewy texture at all so I decided to check the expiration date. Turns out that they expire in just a few weeks!!!.I called up to set up a return of course and unbelievably they not only told me that its all on me at my expense to send the stale junk back BUT they also canceled my new order for dogfood delivery!!!Horrible people who don't even care about my dog.They sent me two emails to tell me that my order was in fact canceled because I used a 🙃 35 percent off coupon!!!This is after the order was placed two days ago.Bad customer service!!!!I never used a coupon at all!!!I set it for subscribe and save and it automatically gives you 35 percent off no coupon involved!Ok so one email says you can use the coupon for only one item.The other tells me you can not use any coupon.They are on drugs???

I placed a big order for supplements to…

I placed a big order for supplements to help with immunity for my 15 rescue kitties. One of my kitties had just got over a URI that took 3 10 day courses of 2 different kinds of antibiotics. EVERY product was a disappointment. The Senior Vitamins smelled so bad that I was afraid to feed it to my kitties! Smelted like burned plastic. The flavoured bone broths had no smell or taste ( yep,,,I tasted them to see.) Could pass for water, but added to the wet food, ALL 15 NOPED them!
I called to return it and to my dismay, was told I had to pay to ship it back, So much for that "Happiness guarantee!" That's a purely worthless come on. Kinda like a campaign promise! LOL!
