Bought pants on line - it presents as a legit USA company- over $77. The cheapest most horribly made pants ever. I wouldn’t pay $2 for them. Their return “return process” had some random apartment complex in Tennessee as their address and an email that didn’t work. I had to get a chargeback from my bank.

Got partial order. Return email is bogus! the sz i got weren't even correct. All i wanted was the rest of my order and correct size to rectify the matter.

IT'S A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT NEVER ARRIVED!!

Fraudulent. Received 2 of 12 items ordered and the 2 items received were complete crap. They refused to refund money. Sent a bogus picture of package delivery that wasn’t even in front of a house much less ours to our credit card company. Funny that the pic shows 1 small bag that could not have fit the 12 items ordered. Ignored emails and calls. It is a scam. 100% you will not be satisfied.

Complete Scam!!!! Do not buy from this place! They charged me and sent me only a part of my order but refused to give me a refund. I sent the others back due to poor quality and it’s been 3 months! No refund! Complete scam!!!

The wrong size was sent and the blouse was not cotton as advertised. The worst part however is that the item was shipped from China and the company does not want me to return it. Instead they are offering a 1/2 price credit.

They make it impossible to process a return. Product arrived poor quality

Do NOT! I repeat do NOT buy from here. They do not honor their return policy.

I have multiple items I have been trying to return for a refund. They will try to tell you to keep the items and they will give a partial refund. I declined and requested a return address which they refuse to provide.

Now they say they will give a full refund. And it’s been weeks yet I still have not received the refund.

Oh and the email address they have listed is undeliverable. Talk about SCAM!

This place should be ashamed on how they do business. I hope they get shut down ASAP!

Their delivery company delivered to the wrong address. They replied to my initial email, but despite 3 further attempts at communication, there has been no reply.

Purchase at your own peril.

What a scam

Same. Ordered one thing and received another. No way to contact anyone or return the item. Complete scam.

Poor quality clothing!! The return policy states to go through return portal but there isn’t one on thier website. I agree with others complete scam. Stay away!

If I could rate zero stars I would! It’s a complete scam. What they show online and what you get are 2 totally different things! And forget trying to get in contact with anyone! So I just lost a ton of money. Don’t do it!

I ordered a jeans jumpsuit and I received a total different one, which looked much cheaper. I couldn’t find a return adress, so I tried to get in contact via the email adress on their website but they refused my email. I returned it to a vague adress which was on the bag in which I received it. I had to pay 26 (!) euro to return it. I never heard anything from it. I’m very mad and dissapointed!
