I bought something from this vendor using PayPal Pay in 4 on April 25, 2023. The item didn't work. I asked for a refund and a return shipping label. The seller asked that I return the item to an address in China and wanted me to pay for the return. I refused because a) it was shipped from an address in California, b) the item has a 2 year warranty on it and c) if I were to ship the item to the address in China, it would cost more than what I bought the item for. I filed a report with the FBI at ic3.gov on June 13, 2023.

I also bought this maching and the 4 hour batteries only lasted 1 hour and turned off. I suggest not purchasing anything from this company. It's now 169 dollars for a two hour battery that only lasts 30 mins.

Don't buy anything here. It seems like they post false reviews on their website. I received the defective item and sent them several emails with evidence and video on the day I received the defective item so I asked for a return & refund. but they have not responded about it and have yet to refund me. I will have to dispute the transaction through the bank as this website owner does not reply about the refund. This oxygencarestore company is terrible. It is also written on their company website that they refund defective items. But they have no answer on this. Though I even sent proof. This is literally the first time I'm going through this dispute process. Please be aware. Don't buy from here.
