Also their website is covered with false advertising and fake claims.
These crooks should be locked up.

I am extremely frustrated
I am extremely frustrated, angry, and disappointed. I've prepaid for a full year of service, yet for the past month, I've been completely unable to access the site. Regardless of which browser I try, all I receive is a "SERVER ERROR" message. To make matters worse, there's no direct email support available—just a chat system that seems to be perpetually offline. They request an email for follow-up, but despite providing mine four times, I've received absolutely no response. This feels like a total scam!
