Parallels on Mac
I've been using Parallels on my MAC for years. It's been an essential application because it allows me to keep my Access Database files current and not have to work from two computers. Additionally, it helps keep me somewhat current on Windows, which is what the majority of people use. It's incredible, though, how quickly you forget Windows, so for me it having it on my Mac serves two useful purposes. Staying current with Windows and keeping my Access database files current without using two PCs.
Easy to use the product
Easy to use the product. Very rarely have I had a problem, but when I did, the parallels representative helped me to fix the problem within one hour. In my nearly twenty years of using parallels I may have had two issues that again were resolved very quickly
Parallels Desktop is the best software for Mac users
I have been using Parallels Desktop for a long time (Since Parallels Desktop 5). And I'm very much satisfied to use the Mac OS and Windows with seamlessly on Mac computers. When I evaluated the Parallels Desktop 5, I evaluated two or three of softwares at that time, but I decided to select the Parallels Desktop because of the future extensions. This decision is truly correct and best selection. I usually used the Windows for business and Mac OS for privately. Mac OS and Windows are using seamlessly, therefore it's very convenient for my daily life. And I recommended to my friend that the Parallels Desktop is the best and excellent for Mac computer users.
Easy to install including Windows 11…
Easy to install including Windows 11 ARM. And the speed is excellent on a Apple M2 Pro
I have been able to integrate applications that I need from Windows environment
I tried Parallels years ago, and the surprise has been great, much more integrated and faster.
Very nicely integrated with Mac
Very nicely integrated with Mac. Super fast loading and run times. I changed my plan from subscription to purchase after the first year as I could not see the benefits of paying more yearly than the cost of Windows to run parallels. Other than that highly recommend this software.
Reliable over a decade
Our Drupal development system uses Vagrant and Ansible to provision virtual Linux servers with Parallels. Occasionally I use Windows to test our website on. Over perhaps a decade Parallels has been reliable and well documented in the different roles it has served us.
d…using parallels program
The customer support is great and parallels program runs flawlessly windows is a problem for me. It seams it always has a driver issues for what little I use it for, but there is some things I need it for not often.

Sometimes lose focus on active Parallel desktop windows. Need to select target Windows from Parallel Windows menu.

I can't use Xbox app and log in Microsoft account on UWP Apps. My device is MacBook Air M2(2022)
Parallels (currently on my macbook pro - the perfect seamless integration of a demanding Windows application
Parallels (currently on my macbook pro 2019 with Ventura 13.2.1, running a Windows 10 instance) provides the perfect seamless integration. For many years I was using Oracle Virtual Box to run Windows applications and this worked quite well until I attempted to run PV*SOL by Valentine SW. This software is business critical for me, however it completely failed to work. I simply couldn't use it (much too slow, screens not building up, hanging...). So I tried out Parallels and found the perfect seamless integration imaginable. There is simply not any limitation or disadvantage I could think of. It works as if it was a native Mac Os application (fast as any other application, files on my local Mac Os drive, synched to NextCloud, cut & paste between Mac Os and PV*SOL).
Important to mention that my comparison between Virtual Box and Parallels relates to the same laptop (as specified above).
Seamless Windows Support
Most seamless VM install that I have used. As an IT Manager, I support Mac and PC. This allows me to use one computer to support both platforms. Using coherence mode, I can have my Windows apps open alongside Mac OS apps. This also lets me troubleshoot issues with both platforms without having to switch computers or boot into a different OS.
Excellent tool for multiuse of software
Easy to install and great in Coherence mode
Easy to install.
Great to work in Coherence mode.
I have 3 permanent versions: 15,16 and 18.
18 in the first computer, OK
16 didn’t work in Coherece mode in the second Mac; problem with support; couldn’t get info to operate version 16 in Coherence mode. Had to downgrade to15 and it is OK.
I have been successfully using…
I have been successfully using Parallels for over a decade and a half. Parallels has allowed me to work seamlessly between my macOS and Windows OS environments. In the beginning I evaluated both Parallels and VMWare in my production environments. But after a year of usage Parallels proved to be the most efficient and user friendly of the two. I haven't looked back since.
I like all of Parallels.
I like all of Parallels.
I would also have an option to get old "Intel" OS into mu M1 macbook pro ARM (e.g. Solaris or BE OS).
For the rest it is a beautiful program that allows me to have on the mac not only Windows 11 but also Linux and FreeBSD, wonderful!
It just was so easy to install and it…
It just was so easy to install and it came with Windows 11 for Apple silicon as part of the installation. I only needed to select the Windows version and buy a key. Everything was just so straightforward. Very Happy. I am a former user of VMWare Fusion and honestly Parallels is hands down easier to manage.
EASE OFF SET UP
Impressing.
seamless integration of windows into mac os. you can open files in windows with macOS programs seamless per double click and vice versa. If you dont want to, you won't see the windows interface again after installation, just your programs whats very useful for working productively. You can move Windows OS - windows over macOS windows and vice versa seamless and won't experience any lags or other. Also the windows system is faster than my old windows laptop. Windows will boot in a few seconds in the background automatically after starting -any- program or file which is associated to an windows program.
As an mechanic and software engineer i have to say that i'm more than impressed of this Software (Parallels Desktop). It's rarely that i'm improved by user friendly design.
