I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely unprofessional. Fraudulent. Horrendous experience at parfüm-probe.de.
I placed an order over two months ago, but unfortunately, I never received any of the products I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any response or resolution to my issue. No refund! No answer!

I quote another customer: „I feel scammed, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this site. The lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable, and I am left without any product or refund.“

Fraud. Ordered over a month ago, the item is still "in transit" on DHL with no updates. No help at all from the support team. They're saying they can't refund because the item is "in transit"

I've purchased from over 10 sample/decant websites before and never had an experience this bad. Your order will not arrive, and customer service is rude and disrespectful. Never again

Awful experience.

Took more than one month to receive my order and they've sent me a wrong perfume.

In the meantime time, I've contacted them thousands times. Barely any response.

Awful customer service. Awful packaging. Awful delivery.

Pure headache.

There are really good online stores that you can order from.
